Prep Redzone looks at the current prospect rankings for New Maryland’s 2023 recruiting class. Maryland was one state that postponed high school football until the spring. There are teams that could play a few games during the fall before having their season ended. Other schools did not play during the fall and are playing now.

Based on some research, I believe you’ll see some changes after the next rankings update by Prep Redzone. For now, let’s look at where things stand in the 2023 Maryland Football Prospect Rankings.

Today we look at Maryland’s top 2023 players from No. 10 to No. 1.

No. 10 Michael Crounse Michael Crounse 6'5" | OL Dematha | 2023 State MD Ι 6-5 Ι 285 Ι Offensive Line Ι DeMatha

Crounse received his first FBS offer on Mar. 3 from Maryland. The offer from Maryland should jumpstart his recruitment.

No. 9 Noah Brannock Noah Brannock 6'0" | QB Calvert Hall | 2023 State MD Ι 6-0 Ι 190 Ι Quarterback Ι Calvert Hall

Brannock played in only two games this past season due to COVID-19. I love the way the football zips out of his hand.

No. 8 Alex Willis Alex Willis 6'5" | OL Long Reach | 2023 State MD Ι 6-5 Ι 290 Ι Offensive Line Ι Long Reach

Willis is being looked at as an offensive guard prospect.
