5. Zay Davis Zay Davis 5'6" | 165 lbs | ATH Sto-Rox | 2023 State PA (SOPH) 5’7 160 – Sto-Rox HS
Zay is our 74th overall ranked player. Zay does play running back, he is undersized right now. He is quick with good vision and speed. He has good change of direction with smooth jump cut ability. He does show average balance. Even though he is small, he is not afraid of contact and shows physicality. He also shows he can catch out of the backfield. Zay shows a lot of big play making ability and is used in the return game. He has potential of being an FBS player.
4. Josh Jenkins Josh Jenkins 6'3" | 180 lbs | QB Sto-Rox | 2023 State PA (SOPH) 6’3 160 – Sto-Rox
Josh is our 62nd overall ranked player. Josh has good size and is a good athlete. At QB he shows a high, tight, quick release. He has a decent arm. Looks accurate for the most part. On the 2020 season, he completed 61% of his passes. He threw for over 1,400 yards, 16 touchdowns, and 7 interceptions. He’s someone to get to camp and maybe place him at different positions, see where he could fit best. Would love to see him more at receiver, see what he could do there.
3. Amier Burdine Amier Burdine 6'1" | 180 lbs | ATH Reading | 2023 State PA (SOPH) 5’10 170 – Reading HS
Amier is our 59th overall ranked player. Amier and his team will be playing this spring as they did not play in the fall due to Covid. It is not fair to him to do a full evaluation based on his freshman tape, so we will come back after the Spring season to write a full evaluation.
2. Amire Spencer Amire Spencer 5'10" | 170 lbs | WR Serra Catholic | 2023 State PA (SOPH) 5’9 160 – Brentwood HS
Amire is our 55th overall ranked player. Amire plays wide receiver and defensive back. Believe he is better suited as a receiver. He seems quicker than fast. On offense he has a good release with a good burst off the line of scrimmage. He shows ability to high point, track and adjust with good ball skills. Average route runner, all you see is screens, jet sweeps, and deep balls. Don’t see him coming in and out of his break. Would like to see more of this kid at a camp.
1. E.J Dawson Jr. (SOPH) 6’0 205 – Cornell HS
E.J is our 16th overall ranked player. E.J plays quarterback and linebacker. He will most likely be a linebacker. He has good size and a thick body. He has quickness coming off the edge when blitzing but lacks bend. Okay, speed. Shows good closing burst. He has good change of direction as well. Physical kid who is a good tackler. As E.J continues to develop, he could become a really good middle linebacker.
