The ability to have an athlete play multiple positions and the ability to “project” that same athlete at multiple positions at the college level is something college coaches covet at times.
The ability to have the speed to cover ground quickly and effectively and to have the natural ball skills to make key plays at various places on the field. Having the ability to play multiple positions on the offensive and defensive sides of the football is of great value to any high school or college team at all levels.
Here are four 2022 Athletes from the state of New Jersey!
Amari Clark Amari Clark 6'1" | WR Woodrow Wilson | 2022 State NJ 6-2 185 Woodrow Wilson High School
A Maryland commit that is a tall physical target in the offensive passing game that has good natural ball skills to make key plays against the opposing defenses and shows the ability to get out in the open against tight coverage. A versatile level defender that has played at linebacker and safety depth on a defense and shows to have good range to cover ground quickly.
Thomas Amankwaa 6-0 185 Hillsborough High School
EXPLOSIVE is the keyword to describe Amankwaa, he has the speed to make people miss in the open field and transitions in and out of breaks with ease. As a wide receiver, he runs crisp routes to create separation from coverage and top-notch speed to pull away from the defender. As a cornerback, he has the natural awareness to react to routes quickly and effectively to make a play on the ball.
Nasir Hill Nasir Hill 6'1" | DB St. Augustine | 2022 State NJ 6-1 185 St. Augustine High School
An instinctive athlete that has good awareness to be in the right place at the right time to make a big play whether its on offense or defense. He has the awareness as safety to quickly diagnose route combinations to position himself to make a play on the football. When he is at wide receiver, he can attack man coverage and create separation to make key catches and be a downfield threat.

A big physical presence on both sides of the football that has good flexbily and awareness to make big plays throughout the duration of game on both sides of the football. He shows the versatility when playing tight end, where he can line up as an H-Back, inline TE and also line up in the slot and make key catches. On the defensive side of the ball, as a linebacker he has the awareness to make plays quickly and effectively while stacking and shedding blocks to make the tackle.
