Cooper Christensen Cooper Christensen 6'1" | 190 lbs | WR Royal | 2021 State WA , 6’1″ 190lbs, Royal HS (C/O 2021)
Christensen had a phenomenal performance with 9 receptions for 210 yards and 3 TD’s to beat Eastmont 50-10. I projected him a month ago to be the best 2021 WR available in Washington, and it certainly still looks that way. He possesses various traits to translate to the next level. Fluid route runner with top end speed, high points contested catches, can work all levels, sets up routes well and is a very dynamic WR all around.
Jordan Dwyer Jordan Dwyer 6'1" | 175 lbs | WR Puyallup | 2022 State WA , 6’1″ 175lbs, Puyallup HS (C/O 2022)
Dwyer had a big game with 5 receptions for 124 yards and 2 TD’s to beat Sumner 38-13. He showed active feet at the LOS to create just enough space to generate a good release. Good speed once he hits the open field for big play ability, as he did a good job forcing an inside release to get vertical and snag about a 38 yard TD. He holds solid route integrity and does a good job getting back on his vertical stem after contact.
Andre Northrup, 6’1″ 185lbs, Hockinson HS (C/O 2022)
Northrup had 8 receptions for 137 yards and a TD. He displayed nice body control throughout the day to be able to adjust and haul in difficult catches. He snagged catches across the middle while anticipating contact, and looked to be fearless across the middle. He did a great job taking advantage of the DB’s cushion, as they oftentimes gave him too much room to work. He was also a big contributor on defense with 2 INT’s.
Unterrio Latin-Henley, 5’11″ 185lbs, Eastside Catholic HS (C/O 2024)
The freshman made a strong impression in his high school debut, hauling in 5 receptions for 109 yards and 2 TD’s to beat O’Dea. He flashed a nice initial burst at release and showed to already be a solid route runner overall. He fights for extra yards after the catch and displayed good balance to bounce and shake off tackles. He did a great job selling a block on a screen, then quickly bursted vertical to snag about a 67 yard TD. He played WR and RB and flashed twitch as well, and is going to be a big name to watch in Washington going forward.
Jake Bowen Jake Bowen 6'3" | 210 lbs | ATH Union | 2021 State WA , 6’3″ 210lbs, Union HS (C/O 2021)
Bowen reeled in 2 TD’s on the 60-13 blowout win over Mountain View. The University of San Diego signee did an excellent job catching and securing the ball in traffic, as he took some big hits across the middle and still held onto the ball. He displayed solid field awareness by keeping his feet in bounds in the back of the endzone for a TD. He also contributed on defense with 2 INT’s. High football IQ which will translate well to the next level.
