WR/DB Jeremiah Dorsey, Hazelwood East, c/o 22. Dorsey is one of the dual threat athletes in St. Louis that you definitely can’t sleep on. He’s fast and very agile at receiver. Dorsey has 90 receiving yards so far this season. Not only he can get it done on the offensive side, he can dominate on the defensive side as well. Dorsey is a natural born safety who flies around to the ball and breaks up passes. His eye for the ball is extremely sharp, and he is very aggressive when tackling. He has picked up 13 tackles and an interception thus far. Dorsey’s defensive skills will be tested as they go up against a talented Jennings High School offense this Saturday.
ATH Hasaan Cody, Jennings c/o 22. This man does it all for the Warriors. During the summer, Cody said that he was ready to ball and he is focused on making it a great season. So far, he has proven that by leading his team to a 2-0 start. The all around 6’1 athlete has made plays at quarterback with his arm, getting it done with his feet, and also making big plays on defense. Cody has 186 passing yards, 193 rushing yards, and four total touchdowns at quarterback. On the defensive side, he collected seven tackles and two interceptions. One of the interceptions, he ran it all the way back to the house. Cody will be a player to watch this Saturday against Hazelwood East.
QB Micheal Hopkins, Mccluer c/o 22. Hopkins is one of the top underrated quarterbacks this spring. He has a great arm with accuracy and impeccable speed on the ground. So far, Dorsey has thrown for 500 yards and two touchdowns this season. His quarterback skills will be challenged this Saturday against a dominant Hazelwood Central defense.
QB Bryson Brown Bryson Brown 6'4" | 170 lbs | QB Hazelwood Central | 2022 MO Hazelwood Central c/o 22. Brown is a natural born leader on the field. He has been a huge asset towards the Hawks’ offense, getting the job done at the quarterback position. Brown has great accuracy and range in his throws. So far, he has 143 total passing yards and five touchdowns for the season. Brown will be one of the players to watch as he goes up against a solid Mccluer defense.
WR Trevon Moore Ritenour c/o 21. Moore is a fast and very elusive receiver in the St. Louis area. He can make people miss with ease, and he has great hands. For the first game, he picked up 87 receiving yards. It’s going to be exciting to see what he will do for his second game of the season against McCluer North this Saturday.
