Sam Huard Sam Huard 6'2" | 180 lbs | QB Kennedy Catholic | 2021 State WA , 6’2″ 190lbs, Kennedy Catholic HS (C/O 2021)
Huard absolutely popped up throwing for 495 yards and 7 TD’s to beat Tahoma. The Washington commit is a fun kid to watch. He shows the ability to hit all 3 levels of throws and does a good job distinguishing whether to use touch or velocity. He goes through progression and shows good anticipation for routes to develop. Showed the ability to fit balls into tight windows with excellent placement. High football IQ and will be very fun to watch going forward.
Chance McDonald Chance McDonald 6'2" | 200 lbs | QB Steilacoom | 2021 State WA , 6’2″ 205lbs, Steilacoom HS (C/O 2021)
Mcdonald put up 303 yards and 6 TD’s to beat Lincoln high, having himself a massive night. He was smooth in the pocket with clean footwork all around, and stood tall with a good demeanor. He flashed the ability to hit all 3 levels of throws, and does a good job getting the ball out quick when he needs to. He is accurate and has the ability to fit balls in with touch. He’s committed to Western Kentucky, and projects to have a strong second half of the season.
Colton Bower, 6’2″ 170lbs, North Kitsap HS (C/O 2022)
Bower had a monster night as he threw for 402 yards and rushed for 107 more to beat Bremerton 41-7. He showed his escaping ability to make plays on his feet when the pocket collapses or during coverage sacks. He displayed nice footwork in the pocket, getting solid depth on his drop backs an stands tall to deliver. He displayed nice anticipation for routes to develop and connected with his receivers with excellent placement.
Caden Jumper Caden Jumper 6'3" | 245 lbs | ATH Eatonville | 2021 State WA , 6’3″ 245lbs, Eatonville HS (C/O 2021)
Jumper, listed as an ATH, is just a flat out playmaker from anywhere, so we had to include him in the top QB list. He had a big night by throwing for 219 yards and 2 TD’s, while adding another 105 yards and 3 TD’s on the ground to beat Fife High. He sizes up with a big athletic frame and his athleticism is off the charts. Big position versatility on both sides of the ball, and is a hard, downhill runner that finishes runs.
Jackson Esary Jackson Esary 6'3" | 210 lbs | QB Kalama | 2022 State WA , 6’3″ 210lbs, Kalama HS (C/O 2022)
Esary once again lit it up by throwing for 245 yards and 3 TD’s and adding 205 yards on the ground with 2 TD’s. He displayed a solid pre-snap read and did a great job identifying WR-DB matchups. He delivered throws with accuracy, and also flashed the ability to throw on the move. He can slip through tight spaces as a ball carrier and bust loose into open field, and is a legit dual-threat kid who continues to impress every week.
