Aly Marzouk/5-7/145/Secaucus
Marzouk carried the football 38 times for 289 yards (7.6 ypc) and four touchdowns in three games last season. He gained 134 of those yards in his third and final game of the season.
Brandon Boria/5-8/180/Cherokee
Boria established himself as a 2023 running back to monitor during the 2020 season. He carried the football 102 times for 874 yards and ten touchdowns in the six games that he played in last season.
Gavin Bunt/6-1/205/Audubon
Bunt was able to produce a strong sophomore year campaign last season. Bunt carried the football 119 times for 755 yards (6.3 ypc) and seven touchdowns in eight games for Audubon. He rushed for 100-plus yards in three games.
Jabriel Mace/5-10/170/Mainland Regional
Rutgers and Syracuse have both offered Mace.
Joel Marellis/St. Thomas Aquinas
Marellis kicked off the 2020 season by rushing for over 100-plus yard in his first three games. He finished the 2020 season with 579 yards and five rushing touchdowns in seven games. He didn’t finish the season strong as they held him to 53 yards in the last three games.
Justin Brown/5-8/150/Triton
Brown was on fire for most of the 2020 season. He carried the football 133 times for 958 yards (7.2 ypc) and 12 touchdowns. Brown rushed for 100-plus yards in six straigh games last season. He should be a prospect that’s on the radar heading into the 2021 season.
Kerry Nicholas/5-7/155/Bordentown
Nicholas carried the football 130 times for 769 yards (5.9 ypc) and seven touchdowns during the 2020 season. He rushed for 250 yards and two touchdowns in Bordentown’s 26-13 win over Princeton on October 30th, 2020.
Marques Hicks/5-9/195/Camden Catholic
Hicks is currently being slept on as a prospect. He carried the football 129 times for 1,074 yards and seven touchdowns in six games last season.
Maximus Ycaza/5-10/185/Ridgefield
Ycaza gained 827 rushing yards on 104 carries (8.0 ypc) and four touchdowns in six games last season. He rushed 25 times for 219 yards and two touchdowns against Emerson on October 19, 2020.
Ronnie Heath/Don Bosco Prep
Heath will be one to keep an eye on. He carried the football 92 times for 486 yards and five touchdowns in five games last season.
Sabino Portella/5-11/185/Red Bank
Portella came on strong in the final three games he played in last year so I put him on the list. He rushed 43 times for 305 yards and six touchdowns in five games.
Zyaire Goffney-Fleming
Goffney-Fleming made the most out of the five games he could play in last season. He rushed 92 times for 740 yards (8.0 ypc) and 12 touchdowns during the 2020 season. Goffney-Fleming saved his best game for last. He rushed 22 times for 280 yards and four touchdowns in a 42-27 win over Sterling on November 21, 2020.
