Hidden Gems from the PA Swag 7v7 Tournament

The stars were out this weekend in Conshohocken, where numerous elite prospects, as well as elite 7v7 teams, took the stage at the PA Swag Tourney. Ed O’Brien has done a great job running and highlighting this event. We at PRZPA pride ourselves in showcasing talent of all levels and giving some spotlight to kids who are deserving but may get overlooked. In today’s piece, we will uncover some hidden gems found at the event. Both of these prospects have been on our radar and are already ranked on our site. To call them "Hidden Gems" is a stretch, as they are both formidable prospects who have already put decent film out. Yet their stellar performance at the PASWAG tournament solidified their rankings and led me to believe they should see a jump considering how well they played against top-tier talent. These two were excellent on both sides of the ball. Tre Henning, a class of 2025 prospect who has yet to take a snap in his high school career, carved up defenses with decisive, quick darts all around the field. He hit a myriad of routes on time and showed why he’s got the potential to be a future star at SJP. We all love ball skills, leaping ability, and athleticism, which are all traits highlighted at 7v7 events, but if you can stand out solely on how well you defend zones on defense as well as play man-to-man coverage, that’s saying something. That’s exactly what junior RB/OLB Connor Harcarik did this past weekend. His play boosted his stock. The rest all flashed enough to be added to our watchlist with hopes of being ranked this summer.
