Continue ReadingWe’re fully into the recruiting season now as college programs are starting to take a break this spring before they head back to school in the summer for camp and more practices. The spring is over for college teams, but things are just getting started at the high school level. Practices will start all over the state once the calendar hits May, but that hasn’t stopped major prospects from adding to their offer list.
Here are a few peach-state prospects who have earned more offers in the last few days…
Terrance Love Terrance Love 6'2" | 195 lbs | DB Langston Hughes | 2023 State GA – Langston Hughes
One of the top 2023 defensive backs across the state, the Fairburn native just southwest of Atlanta is an imposing safety at 6-foot-3 195-pounds. He knows how to cover in the back end, but what he does best is strike the ball carrier. He’s one of the hardest-hitting and best tacklers in the state, and QBs are constantly looking for him before each play. He’s got D1 size, he’s physical, loves contact, and can intimidate receivers who try to come over the middle. He already holds some SEC offers from Florida, Auburn, and Arkansas, and now he holds one from Ole Miss. The Rebels have jumped on board and will try to steal away one of the top Atlanta-area defenders away from their SEC West rivals.
Blessed and honored to receive an offer from The University of Mississippi 💙❤️ @Whiplassh5_2000 @OleMissFB @CoachQ_OleMiss @CoachCPartridge @williamsdo @wcann33 @RecruitLangston @RecruitGeorgia @Mansell247 @Rivalsfbcamps @ChadSimmons_ @RealChadRicardo @DeandreHollier pic.twitter.com/fqAbdPwFEh

Alexander Cunningham – Johns Creek
If you haven’t heard of Alexander Cunningham yet, now is the time to learn his name. He may only be a 2024 prospect, but the Johns Creek star is coming off a fantastic freshman season and has already made a name for himself not only in Georgia, but across the South. He has an ideal frame for a young defensive lineman at 6-foot-5 260-pounds with natural athleticism that allows him to dominate older players. He’s got long arms, but already has a ton of muscle on him, and he’s so tough to block for opposing linemen. He’s a force on the edge who can collapse an entire side of the line. His potential is sky-high, and it’s already led to offers from Georgia, USC, FSU, Arkansas, among others. Another SEC power program has jumped on board recently, and it’s the Florida Gators. They won’t be the last SEC school to jump in the mix either…

Xavier Agostino – Pace Academy
One of the top 2022 DL prospects in Atlanta, Agostino offer list still isn’t quite where it needs to be. The Pace Academy standout has good size at 6-foot-3 255-pounds and is extremely quick off the ball. His quickness can catch opposing off guard, and before you know it, the three-star is blowing up the ball carrier in the backfield. He moves really well for his size, but he also uses his hands well and plays with leverage to get off blocks. He made living in the backfield last year, and he’s deserved all the interest that’s come his way. He’s added another offer in recent days, and it came from Western Kentucky. He now holds an offer from the Hilltoppers, Arkansas State, Air Force, Liberty, Coastal Carolina, Navy, App State, among others.
