Continue ReadingWe’re still in full “offer season” in the state of Georgia as multiple prospects are continuing to see major offers come their way. This is normally the time when college staffs put recruiting on hold for a minute as they start spring practice and begin to focus more on preparing their team for the upcoming season. Even still, offers continue to roll out to some of the state’s top prospects.
Here are a few prospects who saw more offers come their way in recent days….
Isaiah Bond Isaiah Bond 5'10" | 160 lbs | DB Buford | 2022 State GA – Buford
One of the fastest prospects in the entire country, the Buford star wide-out saw his recruitment take off in early March when he earned offers from Georgia and Alabama. After earning an offer from Florida earlier this month, the 6-foot-0 175-pounder earned another major from Texas earlier this week. The explosive, playmaking athlete projects as a cornerback at the next level, but was an outstanding deep threat in the passing game, catching multiple TD passes in their state-championship game victory last fall. On March 15th, Bond released his “Top 5” group of schools that included Alabama, Wisconsin, Georgia, Pittsburgh, and Miami.

Adarrius Harshaw Adarrius Harshaw 5'9" | 155 lbs | WR Cherokee | 2022 State GA – Cherokee
The 5-foot-10 155-pounder from Canton has seen his recruitment take off in the last month and a half and has started to see interest from bigger and bigger programs. Harshaw has had a solid two weeks as he’s earned offers from Eastern Carolina, Utah, and now Maryland. He was a true go-to receiver for the QB AJ Swann, who just happens to be committed to Maryland. The Terrapin’s are now all-in on the Cherokee duo who connected 53 times last year for 872 yards and 7 touchdowns. Harshaw was a 1st Team All Region 4-7A, runs a 4.39 40-yard dash, a 10.78 in the 100m, and is 3rd in the nation with a 24.3 in the long jump.

Gabriel Harris Gabriel Harris 6'2" | 235 lbs | DL Valdosta | 2023 FL – Thomas County Central
He may already be committed to Florida State, but that hasn’t stopped other schools from trying to jump into the mix for the 2023 four-star defensive end from South Georgia. His latest offer came last week from the Florida Gators, giving him another major SEC offer. One of the top young defenders in the area, Harris has good size at 6-foot-4 240-pounds and is expected to have a giant season as a junior in 2021.

Jaylen Bell – Grayson
He hasn’t even played a down of high school football yet, but Grayson’s superstar freshman already holds offers from two programs. The 5-foot-11 150-pounder is an impressive cornerback prospect who earned his first offer from Ole Miss back in February and earned another offer last week from Florida State. He’ll be a player to know at Grayson for the next few years.
He said he is a man of God.I am too. God gave me favor today, and I am blessed to receive my second offer from @Coach_MWoodson and the Florida State Seminoles! @CFravel247 @CamNewton7v7 @mb_3three @Coach_TBell @coach_SB21 @Coach_FredM @dareu_i @27TBuck @BigBody_Nas8 @BrianDohn247 pic.twitter.com/J4W5Z6A5h0

Robbie Roper Robbie Roper 6'3" | 210 lbs | QB Roswell | 2022 State GA – Roswell
The Hornets QB is finally starting to see some interest come his way and it’s more than deserved as he’s earned an offer this week from Western Carolina. The 6-foot-2 180-pounder is coming off a strong junior season last year where he threw for 2,200 yards and 23 touchdowns. He showed a strong arm all season but also showed that he’s mobile and can make plays outside of the pocket. As a runner, Roper rushed for close to 300 yards and found the end-zone twice. He’s one of the top quarterbacks in Fulton County and could see more offers start to come his way sooner than later.
