Today we look at prospects from North Florida 7A District 1. There are a lot of young talented prospects and several sleeper prospects that could start getting looks for the next level. Prep Redzone Florida will always promote everybody in hopes of them getting the opportunity of playing college football at the next level. Big time players are spotlighted below!
Ethan Newman Ethan Newman 6'3" | 280 lbs | OL Navarre | 2023 FL – Navarre High c/o 23
6’3 265lbs
Newman is a very versatile offensive lineman, on film he lines up at both guard and Tackle and shows a very good ability to play both. What I like most about Newman is how he finishes his blocks, he shows nastiness and fight as a run blocker, he looks to have good upper body strength and is agile and light on his feet. He’s a prospect to watch out for this season.
Austin Firestone Austin Firestone 6'5" | 260 lbs | OL Niceville | 2022 State FL – Niceville
6’5 270lbs
Firestone is one of the best offensive line prospects in the State of Florida, he’s a 3-star prospect that has a nice big frame, he plays with a lot of intelligence and instincts in both the run and pass, he’s a very good athlete for his size and moves very well getting to the second level. He’s very good off the snap getting his hands inside and playing with quickness and power, has a nasty streak that you want to see in an offensive lineman. He has over 25 offers including offers from power 5 schools such as Penn State, Virginia, Florida State, and Tennessee to name a few. He’s also an excellent student with a 31 ACT score.

Ty Pitts- Pace High
6’4 285lbs
Pitts is another very good offensive tackle prospects to keep an eye on this season, he does a very good job latching on and driving defenders with power and technique, he does a good job using his length to reach blockers, for a player his size he shows good agility and quickness in getting to defenders, very smart player that does a good job peeling off blocks and climbing to help out at the second-level. He also shows pretty good pass pro ability in mirroring defenders. He’s an outstanding student with a 4.4 GPA.

Conner Eiler- Pace High
6’4 240lbs
Eiler plays left tackle for Pace High and forms one the best tackle tandems in the area with Pitts. He has a good frame and would easily be able to add more weight at the next level, very quick and athletic for an offensive lineman, comes out low off the snap, is very quick out of his stance, and plays with a mean streak and is a very physical blocker. He’s a player coaches need to keep an eye on this season.
