QB Marcellus Griffin Ritenour c/o 21. Griffin has had a successful senior year thus far. Although Ritenour has only played four games, he has performed at a high level. Griffin is an all around versatile quarterback. He is very elusive and has great arm strength. He has 304 rushing yards and seven touchdowns. Griffin also has been successful in the passing game as well, throwing for 265 yards and seven touchdowns. He will put on a show against Pattonville, which will most likely be one of the memorable games this spring.
RB Jadon Farmer McCluer c/o 21. The Comets are finishing their spring season on a good note. They’ve only lost one game, by a field goal, to Pattonville. Their skills will be tested against Carterville High School, a school out in Carterville, Illinois. Jadon Farmer will be one of the players that will have a breakout game on Friday. He has contributed a lot for his team. He is very quick and patient when running the ball. This season, he ran for 224 yards and one touchdown.
WR Armani Turner Hazelwood Central c/o 22. Turner is not done turning up this season. He has been ranked number two amongst five other receivers in the Metro area. Turner is everything you want in a receiver. He’s extremely quick, nimble, and has great hands. Turner is also a dangerous weapon on special teams as well. He is very elusive, causing numerous defenders to miss tackles, and making it look easy to score. Although he’s undersized, Turner has put up big numbers this season. He has 290 receiving yards and four touchdowns and 123 yards on kickoff return. Turner is a player that college coaches should focus their attention on.
