The Chester Area Flyers (6-3) seemed to be the surprise team of the State this year. I don't know much about the 9-man classes, so I am also generalizing this assumption based on how many young players they had playing this year and how successful they turned out to be. Offensively, they had just the right pieces to run a spread formation effectively, resulting in a few high scoring games for them, putting up over 40 points in each of their victories this year except one. Defensively, ran a multiple 3-4, or 4-3 look, which worked out pretty well against the power-run formations, only giving up, at most 26 points in their victories, and never getting mercy-ruled against the powerhouse teams. With the Flyers only graduating two players and returning the rest of their lineup, that makes them a heavy favorite to make a big run in the 2021 season.
