A couple of weeks ago, I ran an article about a few guys on the defensive side of the ball that have raised their stock this season. Now, it’s time to look at some of the offensive players in the 2022 class that have put up great performances so far in the spring. These guys have played well enough to prove they could play college football at a level higher than it was originally believed before the season.

I make mistakes sometimes. I accidentally left Grimes off of our 2022 preseason rankings, not because I hadn’t heard of him, but more because I quite literally forgot to put him on the list. We’ll fix this oversight in our next rankings update, where Grimes will likely be ranked as one of the top receivers in the state. He’s torched every team he’s played this year with a rare combination of size, speed and route running ability.
