As we continue our Stock Up series, we take a look at the 2023 quarterbacks poised for rankings bumps after solid sophomore campaigns. I’ve been high on the 2023 quarterback class in the past, especially in the past, and as a testament to that, none of these guys were previously in my top five, but put up huge numbers as sophomores and it’s far past time they receive some recognition.

Andrew Frazier Andrew Frazier 5'11" | QB Havelock | 2023 State NC , 5’11 185- Havelock

I’ll give myself a little bit of credit here (Don’t worry, I’ll make fun of myself in a bit) in that we’ve been on Frazier for a while and have known of his talent. I thought he’d have a solid year. But I’m not sure I expected a 74-percent completion, 20-to-2 touchdown-to-interception ratio type of year. Frazier was the most efficient sophomore quarterback, but his raw numbers looked great too, as he averaged over 11 yards an attempt. He throws a tight spiral and has a quick throwing motion that gets the ball out in a hurry. He excels on touch passes into tight windows.
