Watching an uncountable number of film and going through stats, talking to high school coaches and we have finally come up with a list. Here are the top receivers to know in the class of 2022 to watch out for next season.
Chase Hager Chase Hager 5'9" | 170 lbs | WR Hurricane | 2022 State WV | 5’9″ 170 lbs | Hurricane
In a shortened COVID season, Hager was able to showcase his skills and earn his way to our top spot of senior wide receivers. The smart guy on and off the field1 has a 4.0 GPA. He had 34 receptions with 645 yards and 8 touchdowns last season in only 6 games. He is a dangerous slot receiver and makes getting open look easy. He is a great target for QB Bryson Singer Bryson Singer 6'3" | 210 lbs | QB Parkersburg | 2022 State WV , who can easily rely on Hager to get open and win contested passes. He shows he can get up there and catch the ball at the apex, proving a larger catch radius than his height shows. I like his route running, hands, and ability to find the open spaces and sit in them and wait for the ball to come to him.

TARIQ | MILLER | 5’10″ 160 lbs | North Marion
Two-sport athlete that is a star on the basketball court as well as the football field. His juniior year Tariq had 51 receptions for 938 yards and 12 touchdowns on the year. Was very impressive to say the3 least and was a huge contributor to his team. He has blazing speed and shows a great burst off the ball that can get him over corners in the blink of an eye. All you have to do is throw it up and he will do the rest. Love his speed and size, very versatile on the field.
Kayson Nealy Kayson Nealy 6'0" | 150 lbs | WR Fairmont Senior | 2022 State WV | 6’0″ 150 lbs | Fairmont Senior
Kayson can play both sides of the ball at corner and receiver. He shows excellent coverage at the DB position. At receiver he has a great burst off the ball and has good agility and speed.
Noah Waynick Noah Waynick 6'3" | 170 lbs | WR Huntington | 2022 State WV | 6’3″ 170 lbs | Huntington
Plays both ways. He has terrific size and a lean athletic build. He has impressive speed and agility for his size, I like his route running ability and soft hands. He looks like a good receiving tight end or a strong NO. 1 receiver if he can improve upon his route running a little bit. Defeintalty one to watch next season.
Jacorian Green Jacorian Green 6'2" | 170 lbs | WR Bluefield | 2022 State WV | 6’2″ 170 lbs | Bluefield
One of my favorite receivers on this list and one who I think maybe coming for that top spot this season. I love his long, athletic-looking frame and he has a long wingspan. He has dangerous speed and shows he can run excellent routes and rack up yards after the catch. He shows he knows what to do with the ball and he looks for six every time he touches the ball. Most definitely a FBS type of prospect
Nathan Harper Nathan Harper 6'1" | 280 lbs | WR Herbert Hoover | 2022 State WV | 6’1″ 280 lbs | Herbert Hoover
Excellent receiver with good speed and shows tremendous ability to pick up yards after the catch. I like him lined up at the slot receiver position, one who you could throw the ball to on a bubble screen, just to get the ball into his hands and let him do his thing with it. Big time playmaking ability and shows he is also good on the defensive side of the ball.
