THE NEW NUMBER 1
Jason Moore Jason Moore 6'6" | 255 lbs | DL Dematha | 2023 State MD the 6-foot-6, 255 pound, defensive end prospect from DeMatha, takes over the top spot in our 2023 rankings. Moore’s 12-plus offers includes Alabama, LSU, Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, Ole Miss, and Notre Dame. He has emerged as a top prospect not only in the region but also the nation.
BATTLE FOR TOP QB SPOT ON THE HORIZON?
For at least two years, Cameron Edge Cameron Edge 6'1" | 190 lbs | QB Dematha | 2023 DE has held down the No. 1 quarterback spot in his class. His offer list includes Kentucky, LSU, Penn State, Oregon, Pittsburgh, Syracuse, Virginia Tech, and West Virginia. Good Counsel quarterback Neeo Avery Neeo Avery 6'6" | 230 lbs | DL Our Lady of Good Counsel | 2023 State MD shoots into the Top 15 after previously not being ranked at all. Avery has offers from Kentucky, Michigan State, and Penn State. Whether it actually becomes a battle for the top spot remains to be seen. However, it is nice that now there is a second quarterback in the class that is making some noise at the FBS level.
STRONG GROUP OF DEFENSIVE LINEMEN

Harbor is a physical freak and is being recruited on both the offensive and defensive (defensive end) side of the football. His 15-plus offers include Arizona State, Georgia, LSU, Maryland, Ole Miss, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Penn State, and Oregon. PRZ has him listed as a wide receiver but he is a talented athlete who has an opportunity to become the number one prospect in the future.
