With the summer fast approaching, some of the state’s top prospects are starting to narrow down their recruitment and decide which official visits they’ll start to take once the recruiting dead period is lifted on June 1st. Lots of players are looking forward to seeing different schools and are hoping to make their college decision soon after. Other prospects didn’t need the visits and already decided to make their college decision public.

Here are a few prospects from the peach state who recently made their college commitments...

One of the fastest prospects in the entire country, the Buford star wide-out saw his recruitment take off in early March when he earned offers from Georgia and Alabama. After earning an offer from Florida in early April, the 6-foot-0 175-pounder quickly grew a strong relationship with the Gators staff, and they were able to land his commitment. The explosive, playmaking athlete projects as a cornerback at the next level, but he was an outstanding deep threat in the passing game, catching multiple TD passes in their state-championship game victory last fall.
