Rico Flores Rico Flores 6'2" | 190 lbs | ATH Folsom | 2023 State CA , RB, Folsom
Flores has added three big time offers to his growing list of schools. Stanford, Utah, and Notre Dame all came in late April bringing his total to 11 including seven PAC12 programs. He continues to show great improvement year over year in addition to getting bigger now at 6’2” 190 lbs. He’s a versatile athlete that has potential to play multiple positions at the college level. As a receiver, he’s a natural catcher that flashes great body control and coordination. He adjusts extremely well and shows a good ability to bring in tough contested receptions. Good combination of speed, athleticism, and technique as a route runner. He’s smooth in and out of his breaks and does a great job selling his routes and breaking them off at the top. One of the top 2023 recruits in the state.
Walker Lyons, TE, Folsom
Recruiting stock continues to skyrocket after a huge month that saw him receive offers from elite programs such as Oklahoma, Texas, Miami, Michigan State, and USC. Currently holds 16 total offers from many of the top programs in the country. The 6’5” 235 lb. TE is one of the top TE prospects in the nation with his combination of size and athleticism. He’s a plus athlete that flashes good burst, bend, and body control as a receiver. Strong and confident hands, he attacks the ball in the air and shows a good ability to high point. Good technique and fundamentals as a route runner but also has the ability to body up and block out defenders to create a throwing lane. He’s a strong inline blocker that is physical and powerful at the POA.
Simione Pale Simione Pale 6'4" | 310 lbs | OL Elk Grove | 2023 State CA , OL, Elk Grove
The big 6’3” 300 lb. OG recently added Oregon and Oregon State to his offer list to go with his previous offers from Utah and Arizona State. Possesses a quick first step out of his stance that allows him to gain positional leverage early. Love the way he explodes through contact using his natural strength and power at the POA. Plays with great pad level and leverage maintaining a strong and well-balanced base. Strong initial punch and is efficient and effective with his hands. He shows the lateral mobility and short area burst to execute different blocks and be effective at the second level and perimeter. Great foundational skillset and upside as an interior offensive lineman at the Power 5 level.
Carlos Wilson, ATH, Inderkum
Wilson holds eight total offers after picking up Oregon State, Utah, and San Jose State in the last month. Prior to that he was offered by Cal, Pitt, Colorado, UNLV, and Arizona State. He’s an exceptional athlete that is a playmaker on both sides of the ball and in the return game. Elite level speed and burst/acceleration off the LOS and with the ball in his hands. He’s fluid with his movement showing great quick-twitch and lateral agility. He’s a threat to score every time he touches the ball with his speed and elusiveness in the open field. Colleges will continue to offer him based on his versatility and ability to impact the game in all three phases.
Devon Rivers, RB, Heritage
Rivers recruiting stock has been trending up after strong offseason performances at camps and 7on7. He recently pulled in his first offer from New Mexico that could launch his recruiting even further. He’s an athletic and well-balanced runner with a strong and compact frame. His lateral movement and quick cut ability jump off his tape. He flashes good short area quickness and burst to make defenders miss in the open field but also has the strength and power to run through contact and break tackles. Love his pad level and leverage as a ball carrier. Recruiting is still in the early stages but he could pop if he continues on the same trajectory.
