RB Tristan Risley, Clovis HS
Risley is one of the top running backs across all of Central California and had another stellar Junior season for Clovis High School. On tape, he shows he is an explosive back with one-cut abilities that hits the hole in a hurry and has third level breakaway speed. Always a factor to rip off 40+ yard runs, he has good vision near the LOS and plays the cutback well while patiently waiting for his blocks to be set up and running through contact with natural forward lean and strong balance upon lower body contact.
ATH Elijah Jackson, Fremont-Oakland HS
Jackson is one of the most intriguing prospects in the Bay Area and has nice natural size/length and athleticism. He is still a raw athlete but holds nice upside at the outside linebacker position at the next level. He is a fluid player that can cover quicker slot receivers, while physical in the box and is an effective pass rusher/blitzer from multiple different spots along the defensive front. Showing nice open field speed and the ability to gain ground on ball carriers in a hurry, he brings a nice thump upon contact and is a very tough and physical defender. He projects as a FCS+ caliber player as he continues to develop into his natural position.
LB Damonie Perkins Damonie Perkins 6'1" | 205 lbs | LB De La Salle | 2022 State CA , De La Salle HS
Perkins is a very well rounded linebackers and one of the top at the position within all of Norcal. He is a sideline to sideline player that is a fluid runner and flashes nice closing speed in the box and can take can on bigger blockers with good leverage and heavy hands with a violent disengage. He plays fast and shows natural instincts when triggering and reacting to screens and outside runs while able to rush the passer from the edge and is a strong tackler in the open field. He is a FBS caliber prospect that should start to see his recruiting stock rise as we get into the Summer.
LB Riley Hernandez, Liberty-Bakerfield HS
A transfer this year from Frontier High School, Hernandez is a versatile player that can play either inside linebacker or defensive end at the next level due to size, natural power and short area movement abilities. He has ideal size for the position and is a very well put together prospect. Hernandez plays with a quick play diagnosis and gets downhill in a hurry while bringing good thump and physicality at the point of attack. He is more of a throwback thumper that is effective tackle to tackle and has next level abilities.
QB Dreyan Paul, McClymonds HS
Paul is the signal caller for one of the top teams in Northern California and is a very explosive athlete. A very smart and efficient quarterback, he scans the field well and is not afraid to throw across his body and into outbreaking windows. He has a strong arm when throwing across the hashes and puts nice spin on the ball when needed while able to add good velocity and throw the ball under his receivers vertically downfield. Very effective in the run game, he has nice pocket mobility and can go the distance anytime he leaves the pocket with good long speed and lateral movement abilities in space. A true dual threat player, he no doubt has next level abilities.
