Like Eric Masterson Eric Masterson 6'2" | 250 lbs | DL Cabot | 2022 State AR from Cabot high school. Masterson received his first offer from Bethel College. This lineman is just getting his recruiting started and should prove to earn more offers very soon.
One top prospect who received an in-state offer is Star City defensive back and athlete CJ Turner CJ Turner 6'2" | 200 lbs | DB Star City | 2023 State AR . This prospect just received an offer from Arkansas State. He also holds interest from different colleges like Memphis and Arkansas Tech just to name a couple. He has received graphics from both and should prove to also earn more division I offers after his first one from the Red Wolves.
Blessed to receive my first D1 offer from Arkansas state university ❤️🖤#AGTG@CoachShalala @EarlGill10 @ArElite100 @StarCityDogs pic.twitter.com/qq6wDW78Qz

Arkansas State is also hot on another in-state prospect, RB- Travelle Anderson Travelle Anderson 6'0" | 190 lbs | RB Gosnell | 2022 State AR from, Gosnell High school. The star running back is one of the very few still uncommitted. He holds 8 divisions I offers to schools like Colorado State, Kansas, Liberty, and Middle Tennessee. I think he may hold out to put some more tape out there for his senior season before he makes any commitments but I could be wrong.
Quincey McAdoo Quincey McAdoo 6'3" | 175 lbs | WR Clarendon | 2022 State AR chose to stay in-state and play for the Razorbacks last month. The commitment came on the 16th of April. Quincy, one of the— if not the best wide receivers in the state. Chose to stay home over colleges like Florida State, Auburn, Baylor, and Houston. Look for this senior to put on a tremendous senior campaign and do some special things at the next level.

Another running back who has been in the headlines lately is Joseph Himon II from Pulaski Academy. He has two official visits scheduled with Vanderbilt on June 12th and another the same month on the 25th to visit Louisville whom he holds scholarship offers to both.
Experts think the forefront runners are ( in no particular order) Louisville, Vanderbilt, and Northwestern.
Vanderbilt with the most need at the running back position with only 3 players at that position currently. This is why they might be hard-pressed for Joseph I might add. The other schools having 5 plus players at the running back position. Just some fun facts.
More to come next week as we will keep you up to date with all the latest recruiting buzz from around the state. In the meantime. Look for an article to come soon about one of the top offensive linemen in the state and country for that matter, and where he might commit to as being his commitment date approaches. Find out who I’m talking about, coming up.
