These players will surely deliver on the hype and the excitement. They are guys that can not only talk but back it up too. We are going to send you into the weekend right with some of the top showtime guys to look out for this season. Let’s get into it and see what players you should know.
Matthew Golden Matthew Golden 6'1" | 190 lbs | WR Klein Cain | 2022 State TX | 6’1″ 190 lbs | WR | Klein Cain | 2022
Matthew is one of the most highly recruited receivers out of the Houston area and really the entire state. He is rated a 3-star receiver at 247sports, I say he plays a little bit higher than that. If that’s the case I’ll take a 3-star all day. This seems to be the case for many college coaches thinking of judging off his 21 division scholarships. This guy should earn himself some more this season. He’s dangerous off the line of scrimmage and has some of the best route-running ability and hands I’ve seen.

Chris Brazzell Chris Brazzell 6'4" | 175 lbs | WR Midland Lee | 2022 State TX | 6’4″ 175 lbs | WR | Midland Lee | 202
Chris to me has been one of the most underrated wide receivers in his class. He’s got great size. He’s fast, runs terrific routes, and can show a pretty impressive vertical in going up the ladder for the ball. He’s got a large catch radius because of his height and wingspan. I like his ability to run routes and make big plays happen. He just committed to FAU, it should be interesting to see what a senior season of good tape could do for him.

Noah Thomas Noah Thomas 6'5" | 180 lbs | WR Clear Springs | 2022 State TX | 6’5″ 180 lbs | WR | Clear Springs | 2022
The aggies commit well be a special one to watch this season. He is a three-sport athlete who competes in basketball, track and field as well as football. He’s extremely fast, gots some great size, and can create a lot of fo space between himself and defenders in routes. Watch for this guy to fill up the headlines with plenty of touchdowns this year.

Jay Fair Jay Fair 5'11" | 180 lbs | WR Rockwall-Heath | 2022 State TX | 5’11″ 180 lbs | WR | Rockwall-Heath | 2022
Jay has been on fire this year with offers. He average size as a receiver but his skills and ability are elite. He has a knack for getting open. He’s quick off the line of scrimmage and can get on top of corners in a hurry. He’s got lethal speed that often leaves defenders 5-10 yards behind him. Route running is second to none and he is arguably one of the fastest receivers in his class. I think this guy has a high ceiling in college and NFL draft potential in the future. Should be exciting to watch him this season and interesting to see where he chooses to go to college. Right now he has 31 Division I offers and Auburn, Florida, TCU, and Texas A&M are all at the forefront. However, he only has visits to Auburn, Florida, and TCU this summer. His trip to Gainsville to visit the Gators.

Caleb Douglas Caleb Douglas 6'3" | 185 lbs | WR Hightower | 2022 State TX | 6’3″ 185 lbs | WR | Hightower | 2022
Caleb is a tall and lengthy receiver who can ake big plays happen and make them look routine. He’s got a large frame and catches radius. I’ve seen him play in person and was very impressed with his route running ability, vertical, and speed for being so large. Looks and plays bigger than 6’3″ because of that impressive vertical and long arms to pair. I love this receiver and he should be very special to watch this season and could very well move up our charts.
