Chris Palfreeman Chris Palfreeman 5'10" | 160 lbs | WR All Saints Episcopal | 2023 State TX – 2022 WR – Brock, TX (Fort Worth All Saints) –
As you can see in the video below, Palfreeman has big time speed. Standing around 5-foot-10 and 170-pounds or so he is lean at this point so will need to put work in the weight room to add some more weight at the next level. He also not only clocked a 4.4 40 but verted over 36-inches. Needless to say, his day was only getting started. As we moved into the 1v1 session, he was one of the biggest stars of the day as he was pretty much uncoverable in each rep he took. The speed he brings allows him to get into the CB so quickly that they were usually late flipping their hips to turn and run which by then he was wide open. The only time he didn’t make a play is when it was an inaccurate throw by the QB pretty much. He already holds some Power 5 FBS offers programs like Baylor, Texas & Texas A&M among others and with the way he had the TCU coaches attention, wouldn’t be surprised if he adds a Horned Frog offer in the near future as well.

Ryan Ramey – 2023 CB/S – Missouri City, TX (Ridge Point) –
I had seen Ramey the day before at the SMU camp and was really impressed with what I saw but it was only 3-4 reps total. So when I heard he was coming to TCU the next day I was for sure going to keep my eye on him. Ramey currently stands at around 5-foot-10 and 172-pounds currently. He tested really well at the camp with a 4.5 40 and verted 36-inches. As you see in the tweets below, I’m a big fan of his COD ability as he is extremely smooth and sudden with good feet. He fared well during the 1v1 session as he had some good matchups with some WRs that were in attendance that can fly, including having the best coverage anybody had on Palfreeman the entire night on a go route. With the performances he has put on at SMU, TCU and most recently Houston, expect the interest in Ramey to pick up fast.

Jordyn Bailey – 2023 WR – Denton, TX (Denton Ryan) –
Leading up to this camp I had heard from Bailey’s Coach, Coach De La Torre that Bailey was a burner. And man he wasn’t kidding as the soon to be JR clocked the fastest 40 time on the day I believe with a sub 4.4 which you can see below. He brings much more than just speed though as his route running ability was on full display at the camp which you also can see below. Explosive and quick in and out of his breaks. He also flashes Impressive ball skills as well. It was no shock that TCU offered shortly after the camp to add to his list. But please believe he is just getting started on the offer train.

Anthony Evans – 2023 WR – Judson, TX (Converse Judson) –
If you can’t tell from what you’ve read already, speed was all over the place at this camp and Evans was amongst the fastest in attendance. The explosiveness and elite speed he possesses allows him to eat up cushion in a hurry and gets DBs on their heels which got him easy Ws in the 1v1 portion. He is extremely sudden as well which makes him a nightmare to cover with his route running ability he brings. At this point he stands around 5-foot-11 and 170-pounds. He’s thin, but being 2023 has plenty of time to add weight to his frame. TCU didn’t wait long before offering after the camp and expect many more big time offers will follow suit.

Devyn Bobby Devyn Bobby 5'10" | 165 lbs | DB DeSoto | 2022 State TX – 2022 S/CB – Desoto, TX (Desoto) –
This was the first time I had seen Bobby up close and I really liked what I saw. Standing around 5’11″ and 175-pounds, he has good length on his arms and is twitchy. He also tested really well with a 33-inch vertical and clocked a 4.5 40. When the 1v1 session arrived he continued to look impressive having solid coverage the entire night, especially considering that he is listed as a safety but showed legit coverage ability. He already holds some Power 5 and Group of 5 offers but more will follow.
