The recruiting season is heating up which is fitting given how hot it has been in the Natural State. We are going to take a look at some prospects that performed well over the weekend. Putting in the work at this point helps earn the scholarships as the season is beginning.
Braylen Russell Braylen Russell 6'2" | 190 lbs | RB Benton | 2024 State AR -Running Back-Hot Springs Lakeside-2024
The Lakeside Rams are a talented football team. Braylen Russell Braylen Russell 6'2" | 190 lbs | RB Benton | 2024 State AR gives them a back that can run it up the middle. However, Russell can also catch the ball and take it the distance from anywhere on the field. Russell impressed the right people at the Arkansas Razorbacks camp on Sunday. The Lakeside running back earned a scholarship offer from the Hogs. The running back position in the Kendall Briles’ offense is one that is versatile, and Russell fits that description perfectly.

At the specialist camp at the University of Wisconsin, Seelicke had an excellent showing. To say that Seelicke showed out in Madison would be an understatement. Seelicke was perfect on all kicks from inside 50-yards. He is a kicker that can make all of the kicks needed but having played at Pulaski Academy can be used for the onside kicks. Seelicke has the potential to have a huge season this season.

The Rams coaching staff does a great job of putting Cross in positions to be effective. Cross lines up all over the field for the Rams and is a weapon at the running back, wide receiver, and defensive back positions. He is a playmaker all over the field for Lakeside.
