Not all of them will make it, but all of them are being considered as we are trying to keep the ranking to the 130 best players in the state, giving us 15 spots available from the original 115.
Glen Allen TE Sean McElwain Sean McElwain 6'6" | 210 lbs | TE Glen Allen | 2022 State VA
McElwain impressed me at the first William and Mary camp back in June and since then has been on a roll, the big-bodied tight end stands at 6’6″ and 210lbs, great size for the modern tight end. McElwain however is off the board, as the three-sport athlete committed to Mike London and the Tribe recently. McElwain is just as good in the class as he is on the field, as he carries a 4.2 GPA. Could McElwain be the next Kyle Pitts? Maybe is he fills out his frame. William and Mary got a diamond in the rough with this one.

Highland Springs WR Maquan Smith Maquan Smith 5'10" | 175 lbs | WR Highland Springs | 2022 State VA
Smith impressed at a few camps this summer and has what is needed to be a good recruit, at 5’10″ and 174lbs, Smith could be a good slot option. With a 3.5 GPA, he gets it done in the classroom which could open him up to non-scholarship offers such as D2 or Ivy League but I think Smith could go FCS/G5 when it’s all said and done. Smith has no offers yet but Highland Springs can get him the ball enough, with a big start to the season he could see an offer come. Close-to-home school Old Dominion could be a nice landing spot for Smith.
Had a great camp today at Randolph-Macon, thanks to the coaches for allowing me to come compete. @Coach_Noll @LoganONeillRMC @RecruitingHSHS @DSACoachHlee_4 pic.twitter.com/8LVY1Xx3Z1

Western Branch DB Kaleb Broadbent Kaleb Broadbent 5'11" | 185 lbs | DB Western Branch | 2022 State VA
Broadbent plays all over the field, but the 5’11″ 185lb ATH is destined to play at DB at the next level. Broadbent has good hands which he showed off in WR drills at a few camps this past summer but is a standout on defense as this video shows. Broadbent has no offers yet but could pick up a few. Columbia was expressing interest with a few Twitter graphics.

Kecoughtan WR Jakari Mozelle Jakari Mozelle 6'3" | 180 lbs | WR Kecoughtan | 2022 State VA
Mozelle hit a huge growth spurt this summer and when I saw him at the final William and Mary camp, he had shot up to 6’3″ and 180lbs. With that size and his speed, Mozelle could be a big threat in the Peninsula district for Kecoughtan. Mozelle is still looking for his first offer. He could be a good G5 recruit and become a diamond in the rough for a team.

Portsmouth Christian QB Chase Harsh Chase Harsh 6'1" | 195 lbs | QB Portsmouth Christian | 2022 State VA
Portsmouth Christian QB Chase Harsh Chase Harsh 6'1" | 195 lbs | QB Portsmouth Christian | 2022 State VA doesn’t get acknowledged a lot as private school football is under-covered and under-recruited in the state and hadn’t really done any camps until this summer. At the final William and Mary camp, Harsh looked good and threw the ball well but needs a huge season to get offers and I think he will eventually get a D2/D3 offer but with more camps earlier on, Harsh who is 6’1″ and 195lbs could have gotten a few FCS looks possibly.
