Fairfax LB Tony Rojas
Previous Rank: Unranked- Projected Ranking: Top 30
Rojas burst onto the scene at the final William and Mary camp, running a 4.46 40-yard dash and immediately picked up an offer from ODU, since that camp, Rojas has gained offers from Pitt, Duke, Virginia Tech, Ole Miss, and Maryland.
Rojas was the breakout recruit of the camp and that may have changed his life. I wasn’t familiar with him before that camp, but now, I’m all over Rojas as a power five caliber linebacker.

Hopewell QB Mason Cumbie
Previous Rank: Unranked- Projected Ranking: Top 25
Three-Sport star Cumbie also excels on the baseball diamond at center field and placed fourth in the 110-meter hurdles in the state track meet. I saw Cumbie during the season but he impressed me again at the final William and Mary camp. Cumbie ran for 325 yards and passed fro 276 with just one pick during the shortened season as Hopewell fell to Phoebus in the playoffs. Cumbie has no offers yet though.

Highland Springs WR TaKye Heath TaKye Heath 5'9" | 155 lbs | WR Highland Springs | 2023 State VA
Previous Rank: 27- Projected Ranking: Top 15
heath really impressed me at the final William and Mary camp, but I’ve known about him for a while. He has all the skills to be a solid WR, and Highland Springs certainly has the history of producing good college football recruits, just look at the last few classes. The 5’11” WR/CB is going to play WR at the next level and ever since the camp, Heath has seen his stock shoot up faster than Dogecoin. Heath has been offered by Duke, Virginia Tech, Old Dominion, Boston College, and Marshall.

St.Anne’s-Belfield (Charlottesville) QB Henry Meulenberg
Previous Rank: Unranked- Projected Ranking: Top 35
I had not seen Meulenberg prior to the William and Mary camp but he sure did impress, At 6’5″ and 175lbs, there is room for Meulenberg to add maybe 20lb more to his frame and with a 3.6 GPA, Meulenberg is certainly a target for schools that don’t offer athletic scholarships such as Ivy’s.
To my knowledge, he has no offers yet.
Albemarle (Charlottesville) DB Isaiah Grevious
Previous Rank: Unranked- Projected Ranking: Top 35
Grevious really impressed me with his coverage abilities at the Play411 Mega Camp at Virginia Union in both 1-on-1 drills and when the camp went to 7v7 to close out the event. Grevious has good size at 6’1.5″ and 195lbs, his 4.0+ GPA will also open doors for him. Grevious is excellent in coverage and goes up and gets the ball. While he has no offers yet, his tape and GPA should stand out.
