Darrius atley Darrius atley 6'3" | 230 lbs | DL Elryia | 2023 OH – Elyria – DE/OLB – 6’2″ 220 lbs
Atley is a dynamic athlete and is very explosive. He’s great at getting off of the ball in a flash and is able to press around the edge with ease. He is a very nice size and a decent student. He’s got a 3.3 GPA and hopes to enroll in college early. He will play both DE and OLB depending on what they need him to do. He’s best at rushing the passer but he can drop back into coverage if he needs to. Atley has a very high ceiling he just needs to be coached up some. He currently does not have any scholarship offers but he is only heading into his junior year.
Braden Mick – Northwest – QB/WR/CB – 6’0″ 170 lbs
Mick will line up all over the field and make plays. They use him at all 3 of those positions. At WR he’s a decent enough athlete to win most jump balls. When he plays DB he’s very physical and likes to let the opposing WR how he feels. Mick plays with a ton of energy and his teammates always seem to follow his lead. He’s currently a 2-star recruit with no scholarship offers that I can find yet. However, as he heads into his junior year he will have way more eyes on him and we can expect him to have a huge year.
Ben Marsh Ben Marsh 6'3" | 225 lbs | LB Hilliard Darby | 2023 State OH – Darby – QB/OLB – 6’3″ 225 lbs
Marsh is just a very fluid athlete. They use him at QB because of how effective he is running the read-option. He’s able to see over the line and see where he needs to go with the ball as well. He’s already filled out his frame to the point he’s comfortable running in the middle of the field. He will also line up on defense and fly around and make plays for them. He’s a hard-hitter because he stands behind those 225 lbs properly.
Ryan Sissel Ryan Sissel 6'2" | 215 lbs | LB Portsmouth West | 2023 OH – Portsmouth – MLB/RB – 6’2″ 205 lbs
Sissel plays very big. When he’s running the rock he’s always behind his pads and always squares up right before impact. He’s got quick feet and decent enough vision to squirt through a hole if one opens. He’s a very good athlete and on defense is able to cover a bunch of ground. The 2-star recruit has a few minor offers but nothing major. As he heads into his junior year he’s hoping to put himself in a prime spot for recruitment before his senior year.
Levi Lyons Levi Lyons 6'0" | 230 lbs | LB Danville | 2023 OH – Danville – MLB – 6’0″ 210 lbs
Lyons is a very smart football player. He isn’t the best athlete but he’s still a decent enough athlete to succeed on the field. He is relentless in his pursuit of a player. He tends to over pursue sometimes but most of the time he comes to balance and makes the play. He’s the heart and soul of the defense and it goes as he goes. Lyons is a 2-star recruit with offers from D2 programs in the area but he’s only heading into his junior year. With another big year, we can expect Lyons to land a handful of enticing offers.
