With many of these players that show up on our Prime-Time Performers list this will be the first of many times winding up on the list throughout the season. Here are the Prep RedZone Arkansas Prime-Time Performers for Week 0.
Eli Wisdom Eli Wisdom 6'0" | 180 lbs | QB Shiloh Christian | 2023 State AR -Quarterback-Shiloh Christian-2023
Wisdom had a huge game against the Pea Ridge Blackhawks going 6-10 for 256 yards and three touchdowns. Meanwhile, he tacked on 45 yards rushing and two touchdowns on just three carries in a 55 -13 victory over Pea Ridge.
Bladen Fike Bladen Fike 6'2" | 195 lbs | QB Fayetteville | 2022 State AR -Quarterback-Fayetteville-2022
Bladen Fike Bladen Fike 6'2" | 195 lbs | QB Fayetteville | 2022 State AR continued to show why division one coaches should pay attention to him on Friday night. Fike was 27 of 38 for 418 yards, three touchdowns, and a rushing touchdown in a 41-24 win over the Conway Wampus Cats. Fike continues to build off of an impressive summer.
Isaiah Sategna Isaiah Sategna 5'11" | 170 lbs | WR Fayetteville | 2022 State AR -Wide Receiver-Fayetteville-2022
The future Oregon Duck was all over the field for the Fayetteville Bulldogs on Friday night. Sategna punched the ball in the end zone twice on the ground and several big plays in the passing game set the tone for the night. Sategna was able to catch a touchdown through the air and was a big part of the Fayetteville 41-24 victory over Conway.
Drew Wright Drew Wright 6'3" | 195 lbs | QB Bentonville | 2022 State AR -Quarterback-Bentonville-2022
The Bentonville Tigers got off to a hot start on Friday night and quarterback Drew Wright Drew Wright 6'3" | 195 lbs | QB Bentonville | 2022 State AR was integral in the performance. Wright was 15 of 24 for 200 yards and four touchdowns. The Tigers look to be clicking on all cylinders already early in the season.
Ty Massey Ty Massey 5'10" | 200 lbs | RB Fort Smith Northside | 2022 State AR -Running Back-Fort Smith Northside-2022
The Northside running back is a part of that strong Grizzlies rushing attack. Thursday night Massey had a strong performance against rival Fort Smith Southside. Massey rushed for 134 yards and one touchdown off of 21 carries. Good start to the season for the Grizzlies running back.
Josh Ficklin Josh Ficklin 5'10" | 195 lbs | RB Bentonville | 2023 State AR -Running Back-Bentonville-2023
Ficklin has been on plenty of radars over the past few years and he is off to another hot start. On Friday, Ficklin rushed 27 times for 142 yards and one touchdown. Expect the Tigers to continue to make good use of Ficklin.
Cade Forrester Cade Forrester 6'0" | 180 lbs | QB Hoxie | 2022 State AR -Quarterback-Hoxie-2022
Hoxie was terrific all last season and Forrester was a huge part of the success. The senior signal caller is off to another terrific start this season. Forrester passed for 210 yards and three touchdowns on 9 of 13 passing. However, he was not done there, Forrester tacked on four rushing touchdowns and 139 rushing yards.
Cooper Smith Cooper Smith 6'0" | 165 lbs | WR Bentonville | 2022 State AR -Wide Receiver-Bentonville-2022
Smith is one of the most underrated prospects in the state. Smith has terrific speed and runs consistent routes. Last night, Smith hauled in eight receptions for 122 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Smith off to a good start for the Tigers.
Rykar Acebo Rykar Acebo 6'4" | 170 lbs | QB Jonesboro | 2022 State AR -Quarterback-Jonesboro-2022
The Jonesboro Hurricane signal caller is off to another solid start this season. Acebo passed for 258 yards and two touchdowns off of 17-29 passing. The Hurricane picked up a win 37-7 victory in the process.
