Quaron Adams Quaron Adams 5'9" | 165 lbs | ATH Chandler | 2022 State AZ , ATH, Chandler ’22
Adams was a difference maker and a mismatch Friday night. Adams took a jet sweep for Chandler’s first score of the game, and his speed was on full display. Adams possesses elite speed with excellent burst, twitch, and COD. He is the Tyreek Hill of Arizona high school football. He did a great job working the shallow and screen game as Cherry Creek couldn’t account for his versatility. He hits top speed almost immediately and knows how to control his body as a ball carrier or receiver. Very impressed with Adams on Friday night.
Keegan Holles Keegan Holles 6'1" | 190 lbs | RB Cherry Creek | 2022 State CO , RB, Cherry Creek ’22
Holles was clearly the most efficient offensive player for Cherry creek on Friday night. He accounted for Cherry Creek’s only score on their first drive of the game on a short run up the gut to power his way into the endzone. Throughout the night, Holles proved to be a gritty runner as he hit the hole with a purpose. Good physicality and momentum at the point of contact to pick up those extra chunks of yards. Didn’t really get an opportunity to showcase his speed, as he was mainly effective between the tackles.
Ethan Moore Ethan Moore 6'2" | 195 lbs | QB Chandler | 2022 State AZ , QB, Chandler ’22
Moore did a great job taking care of the football and making quick and decisive reads on Friday night. He showed pretty good poise and delivered with a quick release. He did a great job with his reads on RPO’s to either get the ball in space to his playmaker Quaron Adams Quaron Adams 5'9" | 165 lbs | ATH Chandler | 2022 State AZ on a bubble or give the ball to his backs once Cherry Creek started to get quick off the edges. He threw a TD on a quick out route which went for about a 25 yard score, and had a solid night overall.
Ca’Lil Valentine Ca’Lil Valentine 6'0" | 175 lbs | RB Chandler | 2024 State AZ , RB, Chandler ’24
The sophomore back didn’t bust loose for any wowing big plays, but he did a great job after contact to stay up and continue to pick up extra yards. He displayed excellent balance to bounce off and break initial contact, and had a few runs where he picked up yards out of nothing. He possesses good vision for a young prospect and accelerates well once he sees an opening. Slippery in tight spaces with big potential to develop into a big time back as he matures.
Junior Nsubuga, WR, Chandler ’23
Nsubuga stepped up with WR Kyion Grayes Kyion Grayes 6'1" | 175 lbs | WR Chandler | 2022 State AZ and TE Nason Coleman Nason Coleman 6'3" | 230 lbs | TE Chandler | 2022 State AZ sidelined for another week, as he was able to catch a quick out route and take it around 25 yards for Chandler’s second TD of the game. He sizes up with a good frame and length at 6’3″ 200lbs and could be a prospect to keep an eye on as he matures and develops.
Ky Oday Ky Oday 5'10" | WR Cherry Creek | 2022 State CO , WR, Cherry Creek ’22
Although Cherry Creek’s passing game was almost non-existent, Oday pulled in an impressive catch on a fade to convert a 3rd and long. He showed excellent body control and the ability to adjust to the ball in the air to come back and make the catch.
