Gretna Takeaways
- The Offensive line needs to block more they should not be giving up 3 sacks in this game especially with how the passing game was going
- The Dragons need to establish a running game their passing game is fine against a team like Pius X but when they have a better defense to go up against they will need to run the ball to help with their passing game.
- Spread out the passing game they had one receiver with a large majority with the passing yards. If they spread it out a lot more they can get even more yards and even more scores making it harder to predict who gets the ball.
Pius X Takeaways
- The Thunderbolts need to increase their offensive production and use it even more. They weren’t able to get through much of the defense on the ground or in the air.
- Their defense needs to hold its ground they need to stop that passing game and not let anyone get past the wide receivers so that there aren’t any many huge plays
- They did a few good things when it comes to defense overall showing the number of touchdowns Gretna was able to make as the game went on.
