Jamal Mungo Jamal Mungo 5'9" | 190 lbs | RB Archbishop Carroll | 2023 State MD Jr./RB/2023
Mungo carreid the football 11 times for 103 yards (9.4 ypc) and one touchdown. He had no resistance during his 4-yard touchdown run up the middle of the defensive line. His offensive line did a great job on that play. There was also a run where he took the handoff up the middle and cut to the outside for a nice gain. He broke one tackle and carried another for a few yards more. Mungo showcased his upper and lower body strength on the same play.
E. Jordan Solomon/RB/2022
Solomon put in work too as he carried the football nine times for 71 yards and two touchdowns.
Malachi Baker Malachi Baker 5'9" | 160 lbs | WR Archbishop Carroll | 2022 MD /WR/2022
Baker caught three passes for 84 yards and one touchdown.

Gonzaga College

Player to Watch
Carson Pettibon/QB/2023
Pettibon threw two touchdowns of 16 and 20 yards in the win for Gonzaga.
St. John’s College
St. John’s College defeated Butler 33-0.
Jamar Curtis Jamar Curtis 5'6" | 170 lbs | RB St. John's (DC) | 2022 State MD /RB/2022
Curtis showcased his punt return skills in St. John’s blowout win over Butler. He returned a punt 65 yards for the score as he got several good blocks along the way. Curtis also scored on a 25-yard run where he went virtually untouched on his way to the end zone. He doesn’t break stride when he makes cuts and is always going north-south. On his 24-yard touchdown run, Curtis does a good job of recognizing that the hole he’s supposed to run through is clogged up. He get to the line of scrimmage and cuts it to the outside and scampers for the touchdown. Curtis’ ability to stop and start on a dime is impressive. He is hard to tackle in space and hard to stop from turning the corner on running plays. Curtis runs with his pads low to the ground and the fact that he’s not tall height-wise makes him hard to spot behind his massive offensive line.
Josh Gary Josh Gary 5'11" | 170 lbs | WR Bullis | 2022 State MD /WR/2022
Gary showcased his ability to get open across the middle of the field in the red zone. He caught a nine-yard pass for a touchdown and caught two other passes of 20-plus years. At 6-0, close to 200 pounds, Gary is physical and strong enough to make the tough catches across the middle of the field. He is a hard cover coming out of the slot position.
