Let’s dive in, check the film, and see who showed up and showed out from last weekend. Please enjoy and congrats to these young bucks on their performances!
Karter Butt Karter Butt 5'10" | 215 lbs | RB Edgar | 2024 State WI (Edgar) RB. 2024. Recorded 25 carries for 233 yards and 2 TDs in a massive performance against Iola-Scandinavia and displayed burst, vision, and some really impressive balance through contact as he made some impressive runs and finished with authority. He also looked great as a LB and exploded out of his stance and through gaps into the backfield. It was fun watching him slip through tackle attempts and drag defenders for extra yards, and he flies around and plays like his hair is on fire. He had the most fun underclassman tape to watch this week! Hudl: Iola-Scandinavia
Gabe Passini (Middleton) QB. 2024. 6’3, 165 lbs. Against Waunakee in Week 1 the sophomore gunslinger got in during the 4th quarter and looked dangerous with both his arms and his legs as he completed a nice deeper ball down the sideline accurately in 1 on 1 coverage and also took off a few times with his legs once the pocket collapsed or when he rolled out. He also did a good job with his timing for shorter throws such as curls/hitches and showed he could hit wideouts right on the money when needed. With a somewhat elongated and sidearm release it looks like the ball comes out of his hand with some zip, and his size and athletic ability make him an intriguing prospect to keep an eye on going forward. Hudl: Waunakee
Derek Jensen (Arrowhead) OL. 2024. 6’6, 285 lbs. The soon-to-be #1 recruit in Wisconsin for 2024 had another good showing in Week 3 against Waukesha North and was forceful in the run game, showing some devastating downblocks and combo blocks that he finished into the turf every time. He kept his feet very active when blocking, won the hand placement battle, and had a nice rep where he got to the second level and got a LB out of the play. Hudl: Waukesha North
Connor Stauff (Sun Prairie) WR. 2024. 5’10, 170 lbs. Against La Follette the sophomore wideout had a nice and easy TD run on a jet sweep, caught a nice out route for a good gain out of the slot, and had a great redzone rep where he cut across the play as his QB rolled right where Stauff got out in front of the DBs and was able to reel in the catch for 6. Hudl: La Follette
Daniel Simon Daniel Simon 6'5" | 255 lbs | DL Winneconne | 2024 State WI (Winneconne) TE/DE. 2024. 6’4, 200 lbs. Battling Luxemburg-Casco the “Danimal” primarily played DE and used his long arms and a clean rip to beat blockers in the hand fighting battle. He was also able to help out in some tackles as he chased things down from the backside and was seemingly tough to move out of his gap. Hudl:
Terrance Shelton (Franklin) RB. 2024. 6′, 175 lbs. In a 3+ minute highlight tape against Fond du Lac the #1 RB in the state of Wisconsin for 2024 showed off an ability to catch the ball out of the backfield, help out in pass pro, and of course run the rock, as he slashed and dashed between the tackles well and showed off some burst and contact balance. He did a good job of making the first man miss and ran through arm tackles with ease, but also bounced off some tough hits from Fondy defenders and was physical in pass pro. He had himself a nice game. Hudl: Fondy
Collin Meininger (Westosha Central) 2024. WR/FS. 6′, 180 lbs. Against Union Grove the sophomore was strong in run support from his safety spot and is a good cut tackler in the open field, as he’s able to power through opponents legs and send them upright and airborne when he makes a good stick. As a wideout he had a nice snag on a slant and deeper fade, on the latter of which he made a great adjustment to the ball on a back shoulder fade. He also almost got himself a TD on a redzone slant, and played some safety in the box. I really like his game as a DB. Hudl: vs. Union Grove
Gavin Lettenberger Gavin Lettenberger 6'2" | 215 lbs | LB Manitowoc Lincoln | 2024 State WI (Manitowoc Lincoln) 2024. RB. 6’1, 205 lbs. In his Week 3 matchup against Sheboygan South the big boy recorded 10 carries for 80 yards and a TD and on tape his touchdown run was pretty impressive, as he ran through a scrum of opponents and powered through the pile into daylight, where he put a juke on the DB and cut inside for a TD. He was also forceful as a lead blocker and opened up some huge holes that his RBs took advantage of. Hudl: Sheboygan South
Sam Ostrenga Sam Ostrenga 5'11" | 185 lbs | DB Sun Prairie | 2024 State WI (Sun Prairie) 2024. ATH. Took a kickoff to the house!

Drew Braam Drew Braam 6'2" | 215 lbs | LB Oak Creek | 2024 State WI (Oak Creek) 2024. LB/FB. 6’2, 210 lbs. Playing against Racine Horlick Mr. Braam was a beast from his ILB position and did a good job of reading his keys and meeting the RB in the hole, where he showed off some strong tackling ability as well as the quickness to slip by block attempts. I’m a big fan of how he flows to the ball and he’s solid on contact as well. Hudl: vs. Horlick
Demarcus Chappell (Nicolet) 2024. DE. 6’2, 215 lbs. During Week 3’s matchup against Cedarburg showed off some twitch and quick hands to shed or shuck blocks and reside in the backfield of Cedarburg for a lot of the night. He was a strong tackler who could hold the edge as well. Hudl: Week 3 highlights
Sam Pilof (Middleton) 2024. OLB/HB. 6’3, 205 lbs. Against Beloit Memorial he was flying around and a couple impressive blitzing reps off of the edge where he forced the QB to roll out, laid a big hit, or even got home for a sack. He also had a nice hustle tackle on kickoff coverage, and a couple big hits on the QB that I’m sure the kid felt the next morning, and laid a big block on an opponents interception. He was all over the field on Friday night. Hudl: vs. Beloit Memorial
Wade Lindahl (Lourdes) 2025. QB. 5’11, 155 lbs. Threw a 31-yard TD pass against Randolph and has put together a nice 3 game highlight tape as Lourdes varsity gunslinger as only a freshman! 3 game tape:
Max Stuhlmacher Max Stuhlmacher 6'3" | 285 lbs | OL Nicolet | 2024 State WI (Nicolet) 2024. OL. 6’3, 300 lbs. Playing against Cedarburg the sophomore mauler put some dudes into the dirt primarily as an OT and had some good reps in both run blocking and pass pro that highlighted how he never stops until the whistle blows and can adjust and stay on quicker blockers and keep them out of the RBs path. He’s strong and able to move smaller opponents where he wants them to and also showed the ability to reach the second level and take LBs out of the play. Hudl: Cedarburg highlights
Jonathan Ksobiech (Kettle Moraine) 2024. LB/DB. 6’1, 195 lbs. Battling Mukwonago the nicely sized backer stayed around the LOS as a stand-up OLB and set the edge and was productive as a blitzer as he had a huge chase down sack on the QB from the backside. He also did a good job of working back to the RB when engaging the OT with his inside shoulder, and was a good tackler as well. He’s going to be a fun one to keep watching. Hudl:
Will Feuerer Will Feuerer 5'11" | 240 lbs | OL New Richmond | 2024 State WI (New Richmond) 2024. OL. 5’11, 235 lbs. Against Eau Claire Memorial Mr. Feuerer put some dudes into the ground and was aggressive and forceful in his use of leverage and twisting opponents into the turf. When he would pull, he absolutely exploded out of his stance and can get out in front of the QB or RB with ease. He was also nonstop until the guy in front of him got into the ground, and overall he had a fun game tape to watch. If he can keep growing while maintaining that athleticism he’s going to be a good one. Hudl: highlights
Hayden Coppersmith (Sussex Hamilton) 2024. RB. 6′, 170 lbs. In his 38 second game highlight against Marquette University JV or sophomore team the RB broke off some nice sized runs. Hudl: game highlights
