Depending on when the 2021 high school football season started in your state, you may already finished up the regular season or are on the final week of competition before playoffs begin. It's been an exciting fall so far, with crazy last second finishes, heated rivalry matchups, meteoric recruiting rises (hello Jimmy Rolder!), and incredibly athletic personal performances from the Iron Range of Minnesota down to the prairies of Kansas, and everywhere in between. With the postseason upon us throughout the Midwest, this is looking like one of the final times I can give you a comprehensive review of the best performances from around America's Heartland, so congratulations to all of the selections and a special shoutout to our subscribers who have been reading these weakly features and supporting the 2021 stat monsters in the Dakotas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin. We'll see if I can put together a playoff performers feature for you guys, but no promises, so make sure you check out who produced a state record with 11 total TDs, who caught 7 TD passes and 301 yards, what Mankato commit rushed for 6 TDs, which Michigan native picked off 4 passes
