Dieffenbach constantly puts up big numbers and could be highlighted every week. The junior threw for 395 yards on 18 completions with five touchdowns in a 47-14 win over Royal of Simi Valley. The 395 yards match a career-high that he set a few weeks ago in a win against Newbury Park. Nevada, Oregon State and Colorado have showed interest in Dieffenbach but have yet to offer him.
Agoura’s Ty Dieffenbach is 6-6 and throws the ball effortlessly. He’s only a junior. He’s got the Chargers 4-1 this season. He’ll try and make it 5-1 at Newbury Park (2-2) tonight. pic.twitter.com/LY6bqgs1eo

Brayden Downen, Lakewood, 2023
Lakewood got a crucial Moore League win against Long Beach Wilson on the back of Downen’s performance. The junior quarterback threw for 359 yards and two touchdowns in the Lancers’ 28-19 win. He is a real dual threat quarterback who can do damage with his legs as well. Last week marked the first time in his career that he broke the 300-yard mark. The game was extra special for Downen because he transferred to Lakewood from Wilson.

Marcus Martin, Salesian, 2022
Salesian needed every bit of Martin’s stellar performance to beat St. Anthony 43-41 last week. Martin completed 64 percent of his passes for 252 yards and five touchdowns. He is a touchdown machine for the Mustangs with 22 touchdowns and just four interceptions.

Orsborn is on this list frequently and has been putting up insane numbers. He outdid himself last week with a record-setting performance against Kearny. The senior threw for 342 yards and a school-record eight touchdowns in the 60-6 win. He also ran for a touchdown.
A few throws from our season so far.

Tobey Schmidt Tobey Schmidt 6'1" | 180 lbs | QB Marantha | 2022 CA , Tustin, 2022
Schmidt has had an interesting high school career. His first two seasons were at Mater Dei and he led the Monarchs to a Battle at the Beach passing tournament title. He backed up current Alabama quarterback Bryce Young at Mater Dei. He played the spring season at Maranatha and is now at Tustin. He had a huge game for the Tillers in a win against Kennedy, throwing for 261 yards on 75 percent completions with five touchdowns. Schmidt has all the tools and when he is healthy, he is one of the better quarterbacks in Orange County.
🙏🏼 Great pass by my QB @Tobey_Schmidt to tie it up in OT!Great win! @ocvarsity @OCSportsZone @SteveFryer @MAlvarez02 @ocvarsityguy pic.twitter.com/sIFe4SM2Z0
