Over the next three months, recruiting will be hot and heavy all across the country, including here in the Volunteer State. Here we look at the five prospects that have been on fire this month with recruiting and a little insight into their abilities and recruitment going forward.
1. (WR) Lee Molette Lee Molette 6'3" | 185 lbs | WR Ravenwood | 2022 State TN – Ravenwood
– Nobody is hotter with recruiting in the 2022 class than Molette and by him adding his latest offer on Saturday from Central Michigan, I’d say the Raptors wideout is just getting started. Throughout this process, Molette has received several FCS offers and interest from that level but after his stellar senior season, the long and lanky deep threat has now become a legit D1 prospect.
#AG2G Blessed to receive an offer from Central Michigan ‼️ @CoachSlaughter2 pic.twitter.com/KCg3T6eKKz

During this month, Molette has added several FCS offers but it’s the offers from Central Michigan and UNLV that carry weight and one’s that could spur other D1 programs into pulling the trigger. Coaches are evaluating hard right now and Molette is one of the top names being asked about from the in-state ‘22 class, so expect to see more offers come his way soon.
2. ‘24 (Ath) Boo Carter Boo Carter 6'0" | 180 lbs | ATH Bradley Central | 2024 State TN – Chatt. Christian
– Carter is quickly turning into one of the top overall college football prospects in the entire state, regardless of class and he has just touched the tip of the iceberg when it comes to his recruitment. The Chargers stud athlete can be a game changer on either side of the ball but Carter is leaning more towards becoming a running back and a fierce one at that.
#AGTG I’m blessed to receive another offer from Virginia Tech!! Go Hokies⚪️🟠@CoachLecht @ncec_recruiting @athletics_ccs @CSmithscout @NatlPlaymkrsAca@Wolfpack7on7@scoop1914@coachTBarr pic.twitter.com/D5jsm9AiJ7
— Boo Carter Boo Carter 6'0" | 180 lbs | ATH Bradley Central | 2024 State TN (@boo_Carter6) November 3, 2021
Over the past month, Carter has achieved offers from the likes of Florida St., Kentucky, Ole Miss, Va Tech and West Virginia and many other Power Five schools are soon to follow. Carter has big time speed and a second gear that college coaches drool over. Look for this Chattanooga area dynamic playmaker to become a household name over the upcoming offseason.
3. (OT/G) Evan Carney Evan Carney 6'5" | 275 lbs | OL CPA | 2022 State TN – CPA
– Collegiate coaches are finally taking notice of this big and athletic offensive lineman from CPA and soon his stock could rise far enough in recruiting into D1 status. Carney is an unfinished product that has come a long way this year and developed into a legitimate Division 1, college football prospect but those offers have yet to arrive. Thus far in his recruitment, Carney has one D1 offer from Georgia St. and several others from the FCS level but soon all might shift as several D1 coaches are sniffing around.
Blessed to receive an offer from Murray State University‼️ @racersfootball @CoachJJR87 @BlakeBedd @CPAFootball @CSmithScout @CoachDeanHood #OVC pic.twitter.com/MiUDifuH4V
— Evan Carney Evan Carney 6'5" | 275 lbs | OL CPA | 2022 State TN (@EvanCarney1654) November 16, 2021
It’s hard to find athletic tackles that can move their feet and maintain their physicality and that’s how Carney plays. He still has some filling out to do with his body but the traits and mobility is there to develop into a D1 starting lineman one day. As we inch closer to signing day, look for new options to come to Carney and present him with several good choices to choose from.
4. ‘23 (WR) Justin Brown Justin Brown 6'1" | 185 lbs | WR Blackman | 2023 State TN – Blackman
– Nobody from the in-state 2023 class has been hotter with recruiting than Brown and he is just now seeing the start of his recruitment fire off, so expect many other offers to float his way very soon. His breakout on the recruiting scene happened at the tail end of this season where Brown has had a monster junior year that’s put him on the map now as a legit P5, D1 prospect. He has recently picked up offers from Memphis, Miami, Penn St. and Tennessee along with several FCS offers and we are just getting started.
Blessed to receive an offer from the university of Tennessee @coachjoshheupel @KodiBurns @scott_altizer @ChandlerTygard @Coach_C_Ren @AthleteLevel @TNSelect7V7 @247Sports pic.twitter.com/g3fKvsOSWr

Brown is a physical, well built receiver that can run and get down the field quickly. He is also a sound route runner that can handle the route tree well. The Blaze junior wideout presents a lot of traits that college coaches like to work with, so as more collegiate staffs view his film, the more interest and offers will come his way. Look for Brown to break out even further into the recruiting scene over the coming months.
5. (TE) Andrew Paige Andrew Paige 6'4" | 210 lbs | TE Beech | 2022 State TN – Beech
– Paige is a true hidden gem that has the talent and upside to become a matchup problem on the collegiate level and Division 1 college coaches are finally starting to recognize those abilities. The Bucs athletic pass catcher started making some noise on the camp scene this summer and gained interest from several teams across the country but the big offers have yet to arrive but that may be starting to change.
After a great visit yesterday I am blessed to receive an offer from Middle Tennessee State University @EliMillerMT @BrentStockstill @BeechFootball #TNSelect7v7 pic.twitter.com/ESxpVoy0SO
— 𝑨𝒏𝒅𝒓𝒆𝒘 𝑷𝒂𝒊𝒈𝒆 (@AndrewWPaige) November 14, 2021
Just over the last few weeks, Paige has picked up new offers from Ga Southern, MTSU and Ohio to go along with previous offers from Akron, Arkansas St., Army, Central Michigan and Miami Ohio. They won’t be the last D1 offers as others like Memphis, Ole Miss, UAB, Vanderbilt and Virginia Tech are showing increased attention. Paige is a highly talented young man with his best football ahead of him, so whoever signs him could be getting a future star!
