Jake Schakel Jake Schakel 6'1" | 195 lbs | QB Emerald Ridge | 2024 State WA , QB, Emerald Ridge: Shakel threw for 2,245 yards and 23 TD’s during his sophomore campaign. He picked up his first two offers back in June from Nevada and Florida Atlantic, and given his production from 2021 and his raw skillset with a large window, expect Shakel to become a highly recruited QB prospect in WA, barring he continues along the same trajectory.
Gregory Sikorski Gregory Sikorski 6'5" | 300 lbs | OL Sumner | 2024 State WA , OL, Sumner: Sikorski possesses numerous intangibles within his 6’5″ 300lb frame and holds a Washington State offer from this past summer. He moves well within his frame and has shown the ability to move lateral and block down the LOS at OT. Solid pass set with with active feet to kick out and reach edge rushers, and utilizes his reach and power to his advantage. A definite P5 prospect who is much deserving of some more offers.
Brandon Ervin Brandon Ervin 6'0" | 175 lbs | DB Lincoln | 2024 State WA , DB, Lincoln: Ervin holds a Nevada offer, but has been drawing a ton of interest from numerous other FBS programs. He displays good technique on an island at CB and possesses good recovery speed to bait QB’s into throws. Ervin plays smart for his age and possesses a raw ability with a large window and potential, as he could see some more offers flood in relatively soon.
Cole Muilenburg Cole Muilenburg 6'5" | 225 lbs | TE Peninsula | 2024 State WA , TE, Peninsula: Muilenburg is trending in the direction of a complete TE, and should see his first offer come in soon. He sizes up at a lean 6’5″ 205lbs with room to add mass, and is an excellent blocker in the run game. He checks all the boxes of blocking assignments and intangibles you’d want in a TE, and possesses a large catch radius with strong hands and body control to make a difference in the pass game.
Beau Phillips Beau Phillips 5'10" | 185 lbs | RB Mount Si | 2024 State WA , ATH, Mount Si: Phillips put together some impressive tape this season, showcasing nice burst with excellent balance to stay up after contact. Dangerous in space as he possesses loose hips and can make opponents miss with ease. Holds solid position versatility and is a dangerous return man, as he should be a fun player to watch in 2022.
Elijah Napihaa Elijah Napihaa 6'3" | 320 lbs | OL Garfield | 2024 State WA , DL, Kentwood: Napihaa is a tank at 6’3″ 300lbs with a thick and wide base and frame. Powerful lower half to utilize a nice bull-rush and has flashed the ability to handle double teams with power. Good center of gravity to hold ground and he does a nice job shedding blocks quickly and wrapping up ball carriers. Overall a well-rounded defensive lineman with a large window to develop and draw in FBS attention.
Noah McNair Noah McNair 6'0" | 185 lbs | WR Sunnyside | 2024 State WA , WR, Sunnyside: Mcnair had a big year hauling in 60 receptions for 936 yards and 7 TD’s. He flashes active feet at the top of his route to help him generate separation, and can be dangerous after the catch. Loose hips to manipulate opponents and make them miss in space or tight areas, and flashes top end speed for big play ability.
Jackson Almond Jackson Almond 6'2" | 205 lbs | ATH Cascade Christian | 2024 State WA , ATH, Cascade Christian: Almond has shown the ability to make an impact on both sides of the ball and continued to fill a big role as a young prospect. Ball hawk ability in the secondary hauling in 5 INT’s, and also contributed as a WR with 32 catches for 404 yards and 8 TD’s.
Byson Vasquez Byson Vasquez 6'0" | 170 lbs | LB Cascade Christian | 2024 State WA , LB, Cascade Christian: Vasquez posted a massive 136 tackles, 10 TFL’s, and 5 sacks. Tough and gritty kid that will go toe-to-toe with anyone and stick his nose in every play. He’ll be a big player to watch for the next two seasons and should take a big leap from 2021 to 2022.
Logan Sloman, WR, North Kitsap: Sloman is a promising young WR that runs technical, crisp routes with a nice burst out of his stick, and knows how to manipulate and set up DB’s. He did a good job identifying the soft spots in zone coverages, and is a threat to take it to the house after the catch given his speed and shiftiness. He possesses good ball skills all-around to haul in anything thrown his way, and is developing into an impressive WR prospect as he projects to be one of the top receivers in the state next season.
