Winton Woods
DB, Lorenzo Hudson 6’3 190 (2023) – Lorenzo is easily one of the best prospects in SE Ohio. He is very tall and covers a lot of ground in the pass game. He is the leader of the defense and gets after it in the run game. Triggers downhill very quickly and makes good tackles on the LOS. He stays on top of routes well in the pass game and can out jump anyone when the ball is in the air. Has good hands and plays through the v of the neck with good timing. Keep a good eye on him next fall.
LB, Jay Anderson 5’8 198 (2022) – Jay was all over the field on Thursday night making plays. He is very quick and hard to block. Uses his quickness to shed easily and make tough tackles in the gap. Runs sideline to sideline quickly with good technique. Recognizes blocks well and reacts accordingly. He is a good pass dropper with ability to completely cancel intermediate routes. He blitzes well with good pass rush technique. Impressive performance for his Senior.
