The senior linebacker had 17 tackles, three of them for a loss and a 19-yard reception in Sacred Heart Prep’s 20-0 win over University Prep. Bucher averages 10 tackles per game and has 10 tackles for a loss this season. This is also his first year playing football.

Tre Dimes, Vanden, 2023
Vanden put up 56 points on Windsor and several players had big games for the Vikings. The junior quarterback threw for 252 yards and five touchdowns on just 12 completions. Dimes has 44 touchdowns on the season and just eight interceptions.

Kemauri Glenn, Wilcox, 2022
Glenn had one of the most complete stat lines I have ever seen for Wilcox in a 35-21 victory over Manteca. The senior had 18 carries for 172 yards and two touchdowns, three catches for 103 yards and another score, a 36-yard punt return, a 20-yard kick return, and five tackles. He has 2218 yards and 27 touchdowns on the season.

Aiden Taylor, Central Catholic, 2022
Taylor had the best performance in Northern California this week. The senior had 24 carries for 281 yards and four touchdowns in a 44-41 win over Bullard. He had two kickoff returns for 105 yards and had a sack on defense. He is also an outfielder on Central Catholic’s baseball team.

Jaivian Thomas, McClymonds, 2023
Thomas was dominant in a 40-21 win over Campolindo with 239 yards and three touchdowns on just 11 carries. He was First Team All-Oakland League as a running back and Second Team as a defensive back.
