On a chilly and windy Sunday afternoon in Broken Arrow, Prep Redzone Oklahoma hosted the “Stock Up Showcase” and had some of the best high school football players in the state attending. We even saw a few names from out of state come and perform. In this post, we take a look at some names on the offensive side of the ball that we didn’t know much about coming into the weekend. And after watching them perform, these five have to be considered some of the top stock risers from the showcase event. Stay tuned to Prep Redzone Oklahoma when we flip the script and look at the defensive stock risers from Sunday’s event!

– 2025 Running Back – Pocola
The 2025 class has a few freshman running backs that have already emerged in Oklahoma and a pair of them are in southeastern Oklahoma. While Idabel’s

is another that people should get familiar with. Jerrell was outstanding throughout the day on Sunday and stood out in a running back group that featured some of the better players in the state, regardless of class. Also there on Sunday was Edmond Santa Fe’s

– 2025 Offensive Lineman – Community Christian
One thing that we really like and stands out to us in camp settings are the players who not only WANT to be coached, but take full advantage of the camp setting. That’s what we get here with Community Christian 2025 offensive lineman

. Was he the most dominant lineman on Sunday? No. But Shadid got as many reps as he could and really soaked up what our OL coaches were teaching. And our OL coaches are some of the best in the state with J.R. Conrad and Micah Nall of the “Trench Mafia” group. Shadid took full advantage of having them coaching him up and continued to work on his craft throughout the afternoon. Shadid has a good frame already and is starting to figure out some of the technique that will truly help him as a prospect. He had a fantastic camp on Sunday.

. We found out about Hammons during the season when he was one of our weekly top performers after a big game late in the regular season. However, this was our first chance to see the Guthrie product in person. We were definitely blown away and actually changed our opinion of the running back. We thought Hammons was more of a power back considering he would have games where he carried the ball 25-35 times. Then he fired off in the 40 yard dash and ran a 4.60 and was absolutely flying. Hammons wasn’t the biggest back there but he was using his speed throughout the day. As mentioned earlier, the running back group was one of the best groups we had in terms of talent. Hammons is one of those guys and is one to watch over the next year.

after talking with Wagoner head coach Dale Condict before their regular season game with Grove. Condict was very excited about the potential of Edwards and it was easy to see why. He’s already 6’4 and has some pretty good hands. That night against Grove, we didn’t see much of Edwards because Wagoner was very run-oriented. But we got a great look at him on Sunday as he was working with the wide receivers and was easily one of the tallest prospects we had on Sunday. Edwards was using his physical traits to his advantage throughout the afternoon and was catching jump ball after jump ball against undersized defensive backs. We’re very interested to see how Edwards progresses but he could be a breakout star for the Bulldogs.

of the 5A state champion Collinsville Cardinals was in attendance on Sunday and he had an excellent camp as well. We knew Stein before Sunday as more of a linebacker. However, during the camp, the Collinsville junior was working on offense and specifically as a tight end. Working with the wide receiver group, Stein showed off his hands throughout the afternoon. During the 1 on 1 session, Stein was consistently beating his man and similar to what we wrote about Shadid, it seemed like Stein was always finding a way to get back on the field and get as many reps in as possible and run a variety of routes in the process. With Collinsville needing to replace some pretty big names on the offensive side of the ball this offseason, Stein might be the guy to step into a big role as their top target in the passing game.
