6’5 315lbs – OL
Notes:
Marc Nave Marc Nave 6'5" | 325 lbs | OL Toledo Central Catholic | 2024 State OH is one of the most intriguing prospects in NWO as he has the size and potential of a division-one offensive lineman. He was able to get a lot of experience as central catholic opponents were tough each week in 2021, and Mark had to grow up fast. The solid and intelligent offensive lineman will focus on losing weight, and he is in the weight room four days a week. Nave has heard from Cincinnati, Michigan State, and MAC schools as of late. Expect to see his recruitment pick up over the next few months.
Aiden Cantu c/o 2024 – Clay High School
6’2 300lbs – OL
Notes:
Aiden is a bright and dedicated football player. Cantu will be the leader of the offensive line room at Clay as he will be the only returning starter. Cantu has excellent footwork and has been focused on developing his technique this offseason. His will to seek out contact and finish off blocks puts him in a superb spot to be noticed by colleges at the next level—a young player to follow this fall for sure.
Terrance Holbert c/o 2023 – Waite High School
6’3 290lbs – OL/DL
Notes:
Terrance is a talented football player and a very good person. The tenacious defender rarely misses a tackle in the backfield and always finds his way near the ball. Splitting his time into both sides of the ball can be exhausting, but you will never see Holbert bat an eyelash at the task. Holbert is a strong athlete, and he knows how to use it to his advantage against various players. As a 2x first-team All-City league player, he earned second-team all-district in 2021. Holbert can play at the next level; it’s all about finding the right fit at this point.
Aidan Earl c/o 2023 – Whitmer High School
5’10 260lbs – OL
Notes:
Earl had to battle his way into the Whitmer offensive line rotation and not disappoint. Not being the prototypical size for a significant D1 athlete doesn’t bother Earl, as he is focused on getting better each day. His coaches praised the hard work heading into last fall in the offseason, and they believe that he is working even harder for this season. Several Division 2 and 3 colleges have been in touch with Earl since the end of the 2021 season, and his goal is to play at the next level no matter the division. Smart, challenging, and quickness are what you can expect from Earl in 2022.
Andrew Marshall Andrew Marshall 6'3" | 220 lbs | LB Bloom-Carroll | 2023 State OH c/o 2023 – Bloom Carroll High School
6’3 220lbs – LB
Notes:
Marshall is a big-time linebacker with an excellent nose for the football. His striking ability stood out in the first few clips of his film. Marshall needs to focus on getting faster this offseason, but everything else seems to be there. Holding six division one offers has made Bloom Carroll a stop on the recruiting trail for college coaches. Andrew has a very high ceiling with the frame to match; this LB has a chance to be BIG time! Marshall has offers from primarily the MAC but will see some P5’s in the future.
