Chase Gumbrecht Chase Gumbrecht 5'10" | 190 lbs | RB Central Regional | 2023 NJ , Jr., Central Regional
Running backs with good feet and good eyes can go far, and Chase has them both. He’s a downhill runner, but he keeps his head up and reads his blocks really well. He makes very good jump cuts at the second level that allow him to break into the secondary for big runs as show by his 8 yards per carry and 22 total touchdowns. Don’t get it twisted though, he’s got power too. He runs through weak attemps by the secondary and one play on his film shows him taking 3 defenders for a 5-yard ride to finish a run. That type of toughness jumps off the film!

Kieran Falzon, Jr., Raritan
Kieran plays the pivotal fullback position in the Raritan Wing-T, running equally effective running inside or taking a pitch outside. He’s got good speed, but I’d describe him as more of a power back. His film shows him gaining a lot of yards after contact, lowering the shoulder on linebackers, dragging tacklers and bulldozing his way to an impressive 24 touchdowns on the season.

Jake Croce, So. Point Pleasant Boro
Jake has elite size at 5’11, 200 lbs as only a sophomore, and he puts that size to good use on gameday. He’s a power back that is mostly that single fullback set in the Wing-T with a few variations, but he has great patience to follow pullers and get great yardage as shown by his 1100 rushing yards on the season. He has great versatility as he is use on outside runs and as a receiver out of the backfield and is very effective at both. Jake has good footwork to get past linebackers, nice leg drive to drag defenders and good balance to stay up after attempted tackles allow him to have a lot of yards after contact. A lot of positives for a young back.

Julian Jones Julian Jones 5'11" | 180 lbs | RB Monmouth | 2023 State NJ , Jr. Monmouth Regional
Julian is a shifty back who sets his blocks up well with good vision and great footwork behind the line of scrimmage. He’s featured prominently in the Monmouth passing game, catching with 170 receiving yards on the season to go with his 950 receiving yards and 12 total touchdowns. Julian has good balance and a nice spin move and keeps the legs moving to get extra yads after contact.

Jashawn Carter, So., Asbury Park
Jashawn’s film is full of him getting the ball indifferent ways. Sweeps, out of the backfield, split out wide and on special teams, so you know the staff recognizes what they have. He’s listed as a 6’4 sophomore, which is very tall for a running back but his ability to tote the rock is undeniable. Very good speed and nice footwork for a tall player and has no problem cutting back across the field. He also lines up at receiver and is great in jump ball situations. Jashawn is a great athlete and has time to refine his game into becoming a very good college prospect.
