With the vast number of prospects showcasing their talents at practices, camps, and team scrimmages, players who have been floating under the radar have started appearing in the spotlight as potential recruits.
Below is a list of five seniors who are on the verge of becoming breakout prospects.
Quentin Harms | Poudre | 6’1”, 170lbs | QB
Harms is a talented player whose film shows his abilities as an exciting playmaker with outstanding athleticism. He has a strong arm with accurate ball placement, even when throwing on the run and off-balance. He is a mobile quarterback who uses his elusiveness to extend plays while keeping his eyes downfield or tuck the ball and pick up the yards himself. Harms is a stock-riser who possesses the potential of becoming a breakout prospect.

Noah Triplett Noah Triplett 5'9" | 170 lbs | RB Dakota Ridge | 2023 State CO | Dakota Ridge | 5’8”, 182lbs | ATH
Triplett is a dynamic player with versatile skills that make him a powerful weapon to add to any offensive arsenal. He has excellent acceleration, explosive cuts, and blazing speed. He ended his junior season as one of the state’s top scorers, proving that he is a phenomenal athlete with a knack for reaching the endzone. Triplett recently received his first offer from Adams State, but do not be surprised when more start to roll in.

Jackson Fowler | Standley Lake | 6’0”, 185lbs | MLB
Fowler is a radar pop-up with impressive skills and athleticism. He reads his keys quickly and plays with an excellent pad level, helping him fill gaps and cause problems for the offense. What makes him an instant standout is his overall speed. He has the ability to shoot past blockers to disrupt the backfield and track down ball carriers. Fowler is a powerful player whose speed, strength, and intelligence give him serious sleeper potential.

Walker Himebauch Walker Himebauch 6'2" | 210 lbs | LS Palmer Ridge | 2023 State CO | Palmer Ridge | 6’2”, 215lbs | LS
Long snappers tend to be some of the more underrated players on the field, but Himebauch’s skills as a long snapper are elite. He consistently sends the ball with pinpoint accuracy and excellent velocity, making his snaps extremely reliable. He also does a fantastic job of flying downfield as a member of the punt coverage team to track and pursue the returner. Himebauch is a specialist whose elite talent has earned him Division I scholarships from Coastal Carolina and Hawaii.

Harrison is another member of the specialist group who often goes overlooked in the recruiting game, making him an absolute sleeper as a kicker. He has a powerful leg with excellent range and outstanding accuracy. Harrison’s impeccable mechanics and skills make him the ideal candidate for programs looking for a clutch kicker.
