For the class of 2024, this is the ideal time to start working on their craft while making college connections before heading into their junior season.
This article will highlight five players from the class of 2024 who have started their junior camp tour off with a bang!
Angelo Petrides Angelo Petrides 6'2" | 225 lbs | LB Cherry Creek | 2024 State CO | Cherry Creek | 6’2”, 224lbs | ILB
Petrides, who currently holds an offer from Colorado, is one of the top linebackers in his class and one of the top prospects in the state. He is an elite athlete with blazing speed and excellent strength. His instincts and understanding of the game are top-tier. Petrides has received camp invitations from some big-named programs, including Alabama, Iowa State, Texas, Oklahoma, and Nebraska.

Carson Caplan Carson Caplan 6'3" | 285 lbs | OL Pine Creek | 2024 State CO | Pine Creek | 6’2”, 280lbs | IOL
Caplan is a talented interior offensive lineman who has built a strong reputation as a legitimate prospect. He is explosive out of his stance and has quick feet and powerful strikes with excellent hand placement. His camp tour started early this summer, earning invites from major camps such as Indiana, Yale, Purdue, Stanford, Kansas State, and Nebraska. Caplan is an outstanding player with impressive strength and techniques, making him one of the top linemen in his class.

Will Rosenmeyer Will Rosenmeyer 6'1" | 175 lbs | DB Rock Canyon | 2024 State CO | Rock Canyon | 6’1”, 165lbs | CB
Rosenmeyer is a budding prospect poised to have a breakout season this fall. He has attended a few camps, including Oklahoma, Kansas, Iowa State, and Wyoming. He is a physical corner who has the ability to make plays on the ball in the air or through the hands of the receiver. Rosenmeyer is a pure athlete with an aggressive defensive mentality, making him a must-know prospect.

Rowan Risner Rowan Risner 6'2" | 195 lbs | QB Fairview | 2024 State CO | Fairview | 6’2”, 180lbs | QB
Risner is a radar newcomer with the potential to have a significant breakout season. He is an accurate pocket passer with a strong arm and smart decision-making skills. He has showcased his talents at a few camps, including Utah State, Northern Colorado, and Lindenwood. Risner is in a situation where his patience finally paid off, making him a QB to watch.

Grant Cummins | Longmont | 6’0”, 205lbs | DE
Cummins is another radar pop-up with a ton of raw talent. He brings good strength off the edge and has a nose for the football. His power and athleticism are excellent indicators of his potential to become a breakout prospect. Cummins has used this time to build his reputation while also sharpening his skills by attending a few college camps, including Georgia Southern and Kennesaw State.
