In part I of this series, we took a look at numerous 2024 prospects with PO5 upside. While those are some of the prospects in Georgia that are better than their offer list or ranking, there are plenty more 2024 prospects that fit that mold and deserve more attention.

Here, we take a look at a handful of 2024 prospects in Georgia that could grow into elite prospects, and why.

When thinking of prospects to include on this list, Hecklinski immediately popped into my mind. After a productive sophomore season followed by a good spring, Hecklinski has offers from schools like UCF, Georgia Southern, and Eastern Kentucky. While he has cemented himself as a legitimate FBS QB prospect, he has the chance to further improve his stock this fall. Why? Because he has yet to show what he can do when in complete control of the offense. For the last two seasons, he has been splitting QB duties with Georgia Southern QB signee Zac Rozsman.
