Oregon’s 2023 class is doing relatively well, with 21 athletes being offered D1 scholarships thus far. Back in the day the state had nowhere near that amount.
College football is incredibly tough regardless of the level. That said have a look at a few athletes who rank as some of the state’s best and project as potential division 1 athletes.

Earl Ingle Earl Ingle 6'1" | LB West Linn | 2023 State OR 6-1 215 OLB West Linn- Ingle is just flat out good. The reigning TRL Defensive POY impresses with overall athleticism. He would be the QB if the Lions weren’t loaded at the position. Look for him to garner a few FCS or mid major type offers before all is said and done.
