Johnson is a very versatile backer who can flat out move. He makes plays sideline to sideline and can keep up with slot receivers and running backs on the perimeter. Kendall chose the Blue Devils over 12 schools who offered him including West Virginia, Vanderbilt, and Indiana. The Quince Orchard defense will collectively draw an abundance of attention from scouts. The cougars are loaded with D1 talent and boasts maybe the best defense amongst public schools.
I’m very happy to announce my commitment to Duke University! I am extremely thankful for my family and my coaches, as well as everyone who’s guided me to where I am today. I also want to thank everyone who’s given me a great recruiting experience. @QO_Coach_Kelley @CoachMikeElko pic.twitter.com/qx0bNXdTR1

Kshawn Cox | DeMatha Catholic ’23| 5’11 175lbs CB
Cox wasted no time on his commitment to Villanova. He announced that received his first offer from Villanova on June 15th and verbally committed the same day. The flood gates for opposing scouts and coaches have been cracked and playing on the prestigious Stag football team will expose him to an abundance of scouts as the season unfolds. With his current frame and 4.47 40-yard dash he be appealing to a handful of college programs.

The Blue Devils land another MD prospect in Moore who may be the most dangerous player on the Loyola Dons roster. Jayden is an athlete who can make plays from QB and WR, he is a weapon with the ball in his hands. He chose Duke over Wake Forest and Liberty.

The #1 WR in the state is staying home. Manning verbally committed to UMD over 14 other schools including Penn State, Virginia Tech, and Minnesota. Expect Manning to follow the same route as hometown Stefon Diggs and current terp Rakim Jarrett. Mannings recruiting exploded after his performance last season. If he can produce another big-time season with the #3 team in the nation Saint Frances, expect to continue to see power 5 offers roll in.

Kameron Howard | Saint Frances | 6’ 190lbs DB
Kameron is another transfer on this list from Rock Creek Christian to national power #3 Saint Frances. Howard chose Kent State from 12 other offers which included Memphis, Marshall, and Buffalo. We’ll keep an eye on Howard as he starts his senior year with the Panthers, if he plays well and the panthers are winning expect his list to grow.
