This is the final summer offseason that the class of 2023 will have as high school athletes. This is the time when they get to put a stamp on their reputations as recruiting prospects.

The five wide receivers listed below are a mix of athletes who are well-known prospects and athletes who have been low flyers on the radar. Regardless of their current popularity, each player listed has been significantly raising their stock value as potential college prospects.
