Fletcher Westphal Fletcher Westphal 6'8" | 325 lbs | OL Tuscarora | 2024 State VA | 6’8’’ 320 lbs | Offensive Line | Tuscarora High School
Westphal jumps from being the 8th ranked overall prospect in the state to 4th, and is the 1st ranked Offensive Lineman in the state. He is a prospect that continues to move up in the rankings as time goes on. Prior to the last update, he was originally ranked as the 16th overall prospect and he could make a case for the top prospect ranking by the next update. Last season, he earned Second Team All Dulles District Offensive Line Honors and currently has offers from Miami, UNC, Georgia, Penn State, Tennessee, West Virginia, Pitt, Michigan State, Stanford, and Virginia Tech.
Chanz Wiggins Chanz Wiggins 6'3" | 190 lbs | WR King George | 2024 State VA | 6’4’’ 190 lbs | Wide Receiver | Kings George High School
Wiggins makes a jump from the 7th ranked player to the 5th overall prospect in the state. He is the 2nd ranked Wide Receiver in the state, was named 1st Team All District as Wide Receiver and Punt Returner, and 2nd Team All District as a Defensive Back. He holds offers from Maryland, James Madison, Yale, UConn, Coastal Carolina, FAMU, Marshall, Liberty, Charlotte, Duke, and East Carolina.
Makai Byerson Makai Byerson 6'5" | 220 lbs | DL Manchester | 2024 State VA | 6’6’’ 220 lbs | Defensive Line | Manchester High School
Byerson makes the largest jump on our list, going from 15th ranked to the number 6 ranked prospect in the state. The Manchester rising junior is also the number one ranked Defensive Lineman in the state. A 1st Team All Region and 2nd Team All Metro football player, Byerson shows his athleticism by also being a 2nd Team All Region 6A player basketball. The 6’6’’ Athlete has also been active this camp season, having won the Defensive Line MVP at the Under Armour Elite Underclassmen Camp in May. He has offers from James Madison, Duke, Virginia Tech, Old Dominion, East Carolina, and Marshall.
Kesean Henderson Kesean Henderson 6'0" | 180 lbs | ATH Hopewell | 2024 State VA | 6’ 180 lbs | Athlete | Hopewell High School
Henderson moves up from the 11th ranked athlete to the 7th ranked overall prospect in the state, along with being the 1st ranked player in the Athlete category. The younger brother of Ohio State Sophomore and 2020 number 1 nationally ranked Running Back, TreVeyon Henderson, Kesean is just as exciting to watch in his own right. He already has offers from South Carolina, West Virginia, Duke, Coastal Carolina, Pitt, Maryland, Old Dominion, Virginia Tech, and Virginia.
DJ Toliver DJ Toliver 6'5" | 270 lbs | OL Lord Botetourt | 2024 State VA | 6’5’’ 270 lbs | Offensive Line | Lord Botetourt High School
Toliver makes a pretty significant jump, going from 16th to the 8th ranked prospect in the state and 2nd ranked Offensive Lineman. Toliver was named BRD 2nd Team Offensive Lineman, and also is the District and Region 3 Shot Put Champion. The 3.925 GPA student has offers from Virginia Tech, Liberty, Louisville, and UVA.
Luca Puccinelli Luca Puccinelli 6'7" | 220 lbs | TE Benedictine | 2024 State VA | 6’7’’ 220 lbs | Tight End | Benedictine High School
Puccinelli moves up a couple of slots in our ranking, going from 14th to 11th overall. He has the prototypical size and athleticism that college coaches love at the position, so it’s not a shock that he is our number 1 rated Tight End in Virginia. He currently holds offers from UConn, Duke, East Carolina, Liberty, Old Dominion, South Carolina, and Virginia Tech.
