Top 10 prospect Beni Ngoyi will be moving out of state, but staying close by at his new home in Ames. The defensive line class is starting to look like it could be the strength of the 2023 class, with 4 more commits from defensive linemen ranked in the top 10. Top 15 prospect, Rocco Marcelino had his pick of Ivy League offers before choosing the Tigers. Aidan Betz and Grant Berry will be teaming up at one of the best D2 programs in the country, Minnesota State – Mankato. Jamison Kemp went from underrated to D1 prospect in the matter of a (hardworking) offseason. Lincoln High WR Beni Ngoyi has officially committed to Iowa State. Beni had narrowed his offers to a top 3 of Iowa State, Nebraska, and Washington before choosing the Big 12 Cyclones. Other schools that also offered were Wyoming, Colorado State, Minnesota, Northern Illinois, Kansas State, and others.

Creighton Prep DL Rocco Marcelino announced that he will be committing to Princeton. Marcelino was one of the biggest risers of the summer, especially after a huge performance at the Lindenwood camp. Rocco picked the Princeton Tigers over schools like St. Thomas, Minnesota, Penn, Dartmouth, Northern Iowa, Lindenwood, Illinois State, and several other schools. Rocco is expected to be a huge contributor on the Jay’s offensive and defensive lines.

Elkhorn DL Aidan Betz has announced his commitment to Minnesota State-Mankato. Betz has been a star two-way contributor for Elkhorn the past three years. Aidan picked the Mavericks over offers from Wayne State, and Northern State.

Lincoln Southwest DL/EDGE Grant Berry has announced that he will be committing to Minnesota State-Mankato. The Silver Hawk prospect is a player that is set to have a massive senior year. Grant chose Minnesota State over offers from Augustana, St. Thomas, Sioux Falls, Northern State, and Peru State.

Omaha Central DL Jamison Kemp has announced his commitment to Lindenwood. Kemp was another player that had a monster Lindenwood camp performance, ultimately choosing the host school as his future home. Jamison also held offers from Southeast Missouri State, Southern Illinois, MidAmerica, Nazarene, Doane, Minnesota State-Mankato, Augustana, and Wayne State.
