1. Skyridge Falcons
The Falcons are stacked with talent, with 10 combined players on our 2023 and 2024 rankings. Skyridge returns over 15 starters and has two of the state’s best coaches, with offensive coordinator Justin Hemm acting as the offensive coordinator and head coach Jon Lehman handling the defense in his final year on the sidelines.
2. Corner Canyon Chargers
Coach Kjar’s team is loaded with talent on both sides of the ball, but each in a very different position. On offense, the team is extremely young, but quarterback

looks to keep the grand tradition of Chargers QBs alive. Defensively this team is loaded with veterans that can rush the passer, man, the middle of the field, and control the back end.
3. Lone Peak Knights
The Knights lost a lot of talent after their 2021 state championship season, but Coach Brockbank and his team have retooled and are ready to defend their crown. Lone Peak lost all of their leaders on defense, but they have tons of young and hungry players eager to do their part to ensure a repeat as state championships. Offensively the team has arguably the best trio of pass catchers in the state with

With six players in our 2023 top 100, West has two things that make any team dangerous, experienced talent. Head Coach Olossa Solovi returns 16 starters to a team that looks primed to capture the Region 2 crown and make a deep postseason run. Quarterback Kingsley Brown and running back turned linebacker

6. Farmington Phoenix
Head Coach Dan Coats’ squad is loaded with returning players that helped the team be top 15 in both total offense and defense averages in 2021. Easton Wight is back under center, as is Jed Judkins, one of the best pass rushers in the state.
7. Riverton Silverwolves
Head Coach Jody Morgan returns a veteran group of players hungry to repeat as Region three champs. Quarterback Jake Meyers is back with a slew of experienced offensive linemen. Defensively, The Silverwolves have a good mix of experience and youth that should help them retain one of the most ferocious defenses in 6A.
8. Bingham Miners
First-time head coach Eric Jones takes over a Bingham roster that returns multiple starters from a team that was top 10 in both total offense and defense in 2021. Long-time Roy head coach Fred Fernandes will team with quarterback Dallen Martinez in what could be a highly productive offense this season.
9. Syracuse Titans
The Titans return 13 staters, with two of those in quarterback Jake Hopkins and

10. Weber Warriors
Coming off two consecutive Region 1 titles, the Warriors will still be a strong team in 2022 despite some key losses. With one of the best linebacker cores in the state and Quarterback Aidan Carter back, Weber will be a tough out in 2022.
